....So be prepared to assemble. It isn't fast. Not hard, but lots of screws. Instructions are okay, but common sense will get you through it. Basically everything has to be put together. And as mentioned by another reviewer, you'll be short 8 washers. No be deal. I had some laying around. The quality once put together is pretty darn good. This isn't a 5 star resort daybed, but very sturdy. Cushions are good. Smaller sized bed, but that's what we needed. I ordered a round 70 patio table cover ($24 bucks on Amazon), which fits tight but will work and won't blow off. Cushion color is light tan so you'll want to keep it clean with a cover.

After very difficult assembly, we had the canopy to put together..Last step in the 4 hour process. Part "I" , one of the bars for the canopy was missing. I contacted the seller as stated in the instructions. After a few days of back and forth emails, I received this message today . Hi Ann, Sorry for the great inconvenience caused to you. After checking the inventory, the replacement Part I is currently out of stock. We expect to be back in stock in 2-3 months. Under this circumstance, I have applied to my supervisor for a $10 discount as our apology and compensation. The replacement will be sent to you as soon as we have inventory. Could you accept it? We are always concerned about this problem and looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Ashley-Customer Service Team This is not acceptable and I bought this specifically for the canopy. In the instructions, which now makes sense, They tell you not to throw out the boxed for 90 days. We now have to take this all apart and put it into the boxes. This took us 4 hours with horrible instructions. Seats did not line up and as you can see in the pictures, the screws are lifted and sticking out. What did we expect for "Made in China" Don't waste your money and mostly, your time.

My original review was not great, yet I am writing this to let all know that even though there was a flaw with the canopy, this company made good on it and corrected the situation right away. Customer service was perfect! All is good now, and we are enjoying our new lounging piece of furniture. It is fairly priced, has washable covers, and is quite comfy to snooze an afternoon away in. Thank You for supplying a luxury product! The only negative I have to say is the assembly instructions received with the product, Do Not Use. Use the new ones emailed to you from Sun Crown (helpful tip)

This was rated as one of the best patio day beds. Although I love the look of it, it took me a decent amount of work and extra cost to get it comfortable enough for the family to want to use! I had to buy extra padding to add to the cushions..otherwise you could feel the wicker through the cushions. I also had to buy double sided Velcro so that the cushions wouldn’t slide all over. With the addition of those things and sprucing it up with the fun pillows pictured (purchased on Amazon), it is now a comfortable and nice addition to our pool setting. Some of the steps in the assembly were pretty difficult and required 2-3people to hold things.

Assembly was harder since the canopy bars were mislabeled. Once we disregarded those directions (after some struggle and frustration) and just assembled the bars in order of size, they went on fine and the canopy worked great. The assembly problem brought the star rating down. It's compact yet big enough for two people plus a Labrador to relax on together when in bed form. The canopy has been really nice to block the sun late in the day when enjoying our Lanai. It is kept under there, therefore, protected from rain. The neutral beige works with most decors, and I love the base color. It seems like it will last for a while. I like the colors, although I was originally looking for cushions wrapped in a blue or teal color to go with my color scheme. I ended up buying a round Beach and Sea themed towel that lays over the bed, and pillow covers with blues/beiges and sea animals, which works well for now (see image). I wish they had more options for colors of cushions, and of course sold replacement cushion covers and cushions (at a reasonable price). I will enjoy this piece and do my best to keep these cushions protected since I cannot get replacements. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. we love it. so does our 2 year-old and 1 year old you need two people to assemble the main sofa because of the curve. my husband and a friend of ours helped with that. i assembled the center table and canopy. those 2 are fairly easy. took me less than 30 minutes. the other small sofa dont need assembly, you just need to attach the feet which is just a matter of screwing. it comes in 3 big boxes labeled with 1/3, 2/3, 3/3..read instructions on the box before opening... we like the tool kit box and how the screws, washers, spacers, etc are packaged neatly..we like the extra tool that comes with it too (see pic below of the kit box, the tool is on top).. we had to buy washers because for some reason we lost 8, probably our fault ... attaching the canopy to the main sofa needs 2 people, atleast for the 1 side. when the one side is attached, 1 person can finish the ofher side. tip 1: before you attach the canopy, make sure you put the fabric in correctly, the Q & R rods should be inside the canopy not outside. tip 2: when attaching the canopy, make sure the ends of the rods are inside the sofa, not outside, otherwise the extender would hit the rattan when you fold canopy. tip 3: buy the Keter cool bar rattan style outdoor table/cooler. it fits the center and it matches this daybed tip 4: buy the cover suggested by amazon, helped us with bird poop! tip 5: watch our installation tip video
