This product is great! $200 is a really great price for this product, I live in an apartment so 10x10 was the max size that could fit in my yard it fit perfectly, I chose this particular product because the price was surprisingly very cheap for this type of item these usually go for $350-$500 and more and I wanted netting material around my outside furniture as well as blockage from the sun and the material made of steel which is supposed to be very strong and sturdy and can withstand staying up throughout all seasons, my last two canopy’s priced at $100 broke after 1 strong thunder storm so of course I wanted a replacement that was an upgrade from what I had and something that can stay up permanently and that is not very expensive, that being said I’m so glad I found this, it took a week to get to me but it was so worth it! I I’m very very happy with this the price was a steal all the parts were there and nothing came damaged or broken. The parts are lightweight I put it together myself and I’m a woman but I would not recommend that! It takes two people to assemble. I’ve had this up for a month now, it’s held up well so far, my best test for this would be in the winter when it snows and snow piles on top of it and it does not buckle and break under the pressure and weight But I definitely think it will hold up well to a good thunderstorm compared to my last two canopy’s. My daughter and I put this beautiful canopy together with ease. It does help to have 2 people. As noted in other posts it took 4 hours. We had no problem with the directions. So well made and is very sturdy. Bought on Prime Day and saved $50. Well worth it.

    • A seemingly very nice gazebo for the price

I've only had the gazebo for a few weeks now, but I wanted to share my thoughts on it, as it is. I was surprised at how good the quality is. Granted, many of the pieces do feel a bit light and flimsy (which is why I'll revisit this review in a few months after a good test through multiple weather conditions) but never cheap, per se. In fact, the quality of the mesh screen curtain and main outside curtains surprised me. They seem solid, but, again, let's see how everything looks in a few months under the sun. And it really does look nice when set up. I expected it to be half as impressive as the pics on Amazon make it look, but surprisingly it's very close. Setup was pretty easy, and possible to do it solo; two ppl would have been better and the instructions are a bit wanting (lacking necessary detail on some parts of assembly) but I was able to put it together with almost no frustration and fairly quickly in a few hours. I have some minor gripes: 1) It would have been nice if the mesh and curtains were weighted at the bottom, so they aren't flapping about in the wind. There are ways to remedy this youself, so I can give this issue a pass. 2) Rain does seem to trickle in through a few of the grommets in the canopy panels, so not entirely water proof, but not a deal breaker. You just may need to avoid putting furniture underneath them. 3) Canvas instead of polyester for the curtains and canopy would make me feel a bit more confident in its resiliency (this actually still worries me a bit in the long run). There are some other gripes, but they're very minor and barely worth mentioning. So, in summary, so far, it's a very decent gazebo for a reasonable price, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it holds up. From what I understand, Suncrown's customer service is very good, so I look forward to dealing with them if I ever need replacement parts. Update: 1 year later, I'm still very happy with the purchase. I have the gazebo bolted down to a small wooden platform (roughly the same size) in the middle of my yard and ratcheted down with straps in each corner, and it stayed up despite the 20 mph winds (according to my weather app) we were experiencing a couple weeks ago. I was a little nervous because it felt like the wind might bring it down, but it held and appears to be going strong. Anymore than 20 mph, I'm doubtful it would hold. You will need to tighten some of the screws holding the frame, on occasion, as winds do what they do. ... show more

Beautiful gazebo only issue is just like other customers mentioned the picture directions are terrible. It is very nice once up. I am a 43 yr old woman and I put it together alone but I highly recommend having two people bc holding heavy bars together while also trying to screw them together is not fun. I would recommend but definitely get weights for the legs for windy and stormy weather. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We recently ordered this gazebo from Amazon and, despite a few hiccups along the way, we are so thrilled with the final result. It took us about 6 hours in total—5 hours with two people, and one solo hour to get the curtains up—but every second was worth it. Now, let’s talk instructions. They’re… not great. Definitely study the diagrams carefully, and here’s a big tip: pay close attention to how the tracks face on the B and B1 pieces before you screw them in. I learned the hard way and had to redo them (not fun). The top pieces can be a little sticky to shimmy into place too, so a little patience goes a long way. That said, the end result is stunning. The quality is top-notch—from the metal frame to the curtains and even the bug netting. Everything feels sturdy and well-made. We built a custom platform underneath and plan to leave it up year-round (emphasis on hoping it holds strong through the seasons!). The IKEA table and chairs in the video fit perfectly and really complete the look. One last note: the base is key to overall stability, so if you’re building on a platform like we did, make sure it’s secure and level.
