Beautiful outdoor sectional that was the perfect size and scale for our 10' by 12' backyard teahouse. Remarkably good quality on all parts and surprising that it all fit in 3 medium-sized boxes. Our only suggestions for improvement are: 1) Most of the parts were unlabeled. If every part had been labeled it would have cut our assembly time to less than 2 hours. As it was, the labels are round circular adhesive dots which through the long shipping were missing from 3/4 of the parts so we had to rely on photos and intuition. 2) We short several bolts and the style and type of bolt were exceedingly hard to handle. I went to the hardware store and upgraded most of the bolts with good results. This is a great sectional at a great price!

We had two tables with chairs on the porch. This set is replacing one of those sets. We have been looking for some time. The stores we tried seemed way overpriced and you could not sit on anything to try it out. So we decided this was a deal worth trying. It arrived in several boxes. Contacted the seller as it was noted as arrived when I only had one small box. Seller quickly sent me all the tracking numbers. It comes with everything you need - we used our own tool as well. Instructions are okay - but it is rather simple to put together, just a lot of turning of screws. Took us a bit over 2 hours for everything. The covers fit tightly - they are easily removable to wash. You can see the zipper on one in the picture. They come with clips to secure them to each other if you want. It is comfortable and firm. If you want squishy cushions, this is not for you. Appears durable. Very happy with the purchase.

Overall the furniture set is beautiful. Seems decently sturdy and wasn’t incredibly complicated to put together, BUT there are a few cons you should know before buying. *****A major issue I experienced, and then fixed by checking the reviews, is DO NOT SCREW IN ALL THE SCREWS TIGHTLY BEFORE ITS ALL PUT TOGETHER. If you tighten one side of screws, it’s a good chance the other side won’t fit. Put the screws in place to hold the furniture together, but don’t tighten them completely until all the screws are put in place. I had to take apart a chair and the bench seat more than once to reposition screws. Also the package it’s delivered in was over 70lbs. This made the box obviously very heavy, which in turn meant the box was pretty well destroyed by the time the furniture got to me. And that made it even harder to get up to my 3rd floor apartment. Thankfully the only damage to the actual furniture, was the corner of my glass table top is chipped, but I feel like this could be avoided if they split the items into more than one box. Maybe I missed the weight on here, but I felt incredibly bad for my postal service trying to bring me this insanely heavy box.

Great price and really cute! Easy enough to assemble. Only complaints: 1. the glass top isn’t secure to the table and constantly slides (scary when you have a baby and a toddler at that exact height) and 2. the cushions retain A LOT of water, so I definitely suggest bringing them in when it rains, or else you have to seriously squeeze the water out and let sit in the sun for a few days. But honestly, the price is right and you can’t expect perfection- I’m satisfied *Updated after 3 months: I find that I use this furniture most without the cushions as it’s too much work to stow them away each time it rains- I barely even get them out anymore. Still comfy! I washed the cushion cases and they’re good as new. One complaint: the “wicker” bends and breaks around the corners of the arm rests (exactly where you rest hands/arms) OUCH! I’ve tried to pad them to no avail. It’s like being scraped and poked with shards of sharp broken plastic. Which.. is exactly what is happening..

This product was very nice when I received it. I got many compliments on it. However, after just a few months it started to fall apart. The description says weather resistant, but as you can see from the pictures, it's not. After dealing with several people at the Suncrown over a couple of months, they finally decided to give me a refund. They said they issued a refund on 4/22/19 to the credit card I used to purchase the items from. However, that bank account was closed a year ago. I have called my former bank, and even went in person and talked to a banker. They ran a check and have told me now that no refund was ever issued to my account from Suncrown because my account was closed and you can't issue a refund to an account that doesn't exist. No kidding! I've related this information back to Suncrown and to Amazon, and as of today, I have still not received my refund. This company does not operate with integrity. They falsely advertised the product I purchased as weather resistant which it is not. They have horrible customer service, and they have failed to give me the refund they said they processed. I do not recommend this company or their products.

Update- company shipped a replacement table top with glass topper promptly, it arrived undamaged and it looks great! First shipment, glass was broken. The box was a bit damaged so I’m pretty sure it was a shipping issue not a seller error, although it could have been packaged better. I have contacted the seller and will update my review accordingly. The rest of the set is pretty nice. One of the chairs wobbles but is not wobbly when you sit on it. Not too hard to put together, just don’t tighten all the screws until they are all in there. Didn’t take too long for one person to put it together. The wicker material is nice. The cushions are decent, covers are removable. We can always get nicer cushions if we want. They chairs and couch are comfortable to sit on. They are a nice height for us and fit well on our small ish (but not tiny) apartment patio. Cat approved! I will update my review with the table and customer service process once that is resolved.
