I bought this awning to install on my 2006 keystone outback. The install went good but the following day the awning didnt open automatically. I contacted Suncode and I couldnt have asked for any better of customer service ever. They listened to my issue, gave me some advise on how to solve it, but didnt stop until they knew it was fixed. I am very pleased with the new awning. You will need 2 people to install it, the electric roll up ab down works great. Make sure you look at the measurement of your awning carefully when you do the order.
