Nicely constructed and looks very slick. Functions perfect and maintains a tight and even appearance when retracted. Straightforward install but pay attention to details. You'll need a second person when hanging on slide out and threading in the trailer side retention rod. (I found one person on ladder one on roof worked best.) On my particular trailer (new Sunset Trail) one of the mounting screws needed to be trimmed after installation so as not to damage seal when slide was in.

Needed a helper to install this and took a couple hours. But now it is on, it works great! Nice and tight and does not flap in the wind. Hoping it will last many years.

Good quality material for a cheaper price than others, I purchased 2 of theses awnings and the 7' one I installed by myself, the 14 ' I needed a extra set of hands to get the awning in place. Make sure to caulk all the screws to make them water tight when finished

Easy to install. And works perfectly, it states you need 2 people to install and it would definitely be easier with two but I did it by myself so it can be done alone but I recommend help

The installation instructions were simple to follow. The material feels like it is more than durable enough for what it needs to do. One of the ends was damaged, but I didn’t notice until it was installed. I contacted the company through Amazon to try to get a replacement end. After a few conversations back and forth with the factory, they said that they would ship it out. Unfortunately for me it wouldn’t be until after a holiday when the factory reopened. True to what they said, it was shipped and came a lot faster than I might have imagined. I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service, and am happy with the awning.
