Purchased 2 Awning Slide Out Protectors, messaged Seller only one was received. Within 2 days FedX delivered the other Protector kit and the Seller also provided a video link to help with the installation. Quality item and great customer service, just purchased another one for our large slide out!

Good quality of fabric. Surprised by the thickness. Easy to assemble. Hardest part is fishing the spine into the fabric. 1st time using a sectioned awning tube, will definitely won't have to worry about tube bending in the middle as it rolls out, like standard awning tubes. Would buy again.
