Ordered the powered awning recently to replace our current manual one & after installing today the item seems pretty good for the price, came with everything Needed to install. It’s not the best quality available but definitely worth the price overall- would have given higher star rating but the awning fabric received is reason for our current 3 star rating. The fabric itself does seem to feel somewhat more of a plastic than fabric like material so I suspect that it may not last as long as a more expensive quality one would…I get it, you get what you pay for so Im somewhat understanding on this aspect when comparing this price to some of the others lol That being said my biggest concern is that immediately after installing we noticed that the awning fabric has several tiny holes throughout which aren’t noticeable or discoverable until it’s installed and opened fully. Not sure if we just got a bad/damaged one or if others have noticed the same thing with theirs that have purchased it. Obviously over some period of time during use these tiny holes will naturally expand thus requiring replacement sooner than normal. I’ve reached out to seller regarding these holes & am waiting for a response. (I will update with any outcome). We did end up having to pay for the labor of installing due to physical restraints on our end so I imagine we will have to pay labor again to switch it out with a replacement should the seller decide to send one. I truly wish it was possible to see these holes prior to installing so that we could have held off on the labor cost till a replacement was hopefully received lol Aside from the fabric issues we are still happy with the awning itself overall as it’s much better than dealing with our previous manual awning that literally takes 2 people to open and close lol. **update- seller responded with offer to send a replacement fabric to correct the issues of the tiny holes found in original fabric received, as a result of the sellers prompt response & willingness to make things right with the customer I have increased the star rating from 3 to 5 because aside from the tiny holes in the original fabric received they are making things right & for the price you really get a great setup/product.

Really nice awning. The instructions could be better but weren't terrible, and it wasn't too difficult for me to install, although I do have a fair bit of experience fixing, building and installing things, and have lots of tools. Getting the wires into the weather proof connectors was a bit challenging but they do the job nicely. So far, it seems to work great and has some nice features making it easy to adjust and use. The most important thing is being careful to get it centered in the right place and not to over-tighten and strip out your screw holes. Most of these camper skins are pretty thin. Good quality product though.

Instructions could be laid out a little better, but overall the quality is really nice. Definitely takes 3 or 4 people to install if you get one of the larger models. Getting a trailer with an awning already installed was about $2-4,000 more, so this kit at just under $1k at time of purchase was worth it!

Was right on time. This is a nice to put together and was packaged very well. I have put other awnings together but was a snap. Just follow the instructions and watched a u tube video before and it went well. Best to have some help to lay out marks on the RV . Would buy again!!!

Easy to install well made adjusting the in and out feature of the power head takes some skill I do alot of these awnings so it's simple for me They are a great quality product
Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2025 by This is a nice unit it's easy to install however it's supposed to come with a bracket to mount the thermostat control on a wall and never includes it in the box it's would be much easier also if it had the knob control option as it can be a knoghmsre to run the extra wires for the wall mount control but this AC units runs smooth and quiet and has a great product warranty that's extendable for another 3 years the air deflector is not as nice as say domestic to control the air flow direction at the ceiling but it does the job none the less my customers like the system vans the attractive appearance of the unit on their rv roof and it's much lighter than a Coleman or recpro unit and most dometic AC units
