So in 6 months, 10 have already gone bad, these are in my basement, hanging ceiling, so at least they are easy to access. Very dissatisfied that so many are bad, tried swapping them out with other locations in case the little box had gone bad, still did not work. I was frustrated so I bought a different brand, plug looked the same online but was not, 3 prong instead of 2 with a notch. Also the lights look different on the rings, these have multiple rings around the light, the new ones were just flat smooth rings. I had to return the others since they did not match, reluctantly reordered the same lights as the first time, I got the warranty through amazon. So the new ones arrived, the plug is also different on these even though I re-orded the same lights, the old ones were 2 prong with notch, the new ones are 2 prongs with a flat spot, the do not connect. So now the boxes all have to be replaced as well as just the bulbs. I have 48 of these stupid lights in basement, what a complete waste of time and money. lol, installed the first light of the latest batch, it is only at half power, like half of the leds do not work. Who knows how many more will be bad. Starting to feel guilty I bought the warranty, but still it’s going to be a royal pain in the arse! So ever time one of the old ones goes bad, you have to kill the power, re-wire a new box and then replace the bulbs. These seem like a great deal at first, after all led lights last forever right, WRONG,! Buyer beware! Theses are garbage! Run, don’t buy these! ... show more

Update: after this review the company contacted me and replaced all the lights. So far all of the new lights are working great and have been installed about a month. Will update again if they don’t last. So far I’ve only installed about 10 of these and 3 are already done. First one didn’t last a month, then the next 2 quit working about a month after that. I assume I’ll have to replace them all at some point. Do not recommend. ... show more

I've been using Sunco products for a few years now primarily because of their value and warranty. Of over a couple hundred lights I've never had a DOA and of the few I've had fail prematurely, Sunco has been excellent in their support in replacing the failed units. These lights are easy to work with, install in a snap, really good brightness for the size, energy efficient and look very professional. Being as bright as they are I always install these with a dimmer switch allowing for that perfect amount of light. Highly recommend this product ... show more
