I’ve had to wash this blanket 4 times now because of an elderly pet. And it still works! Wash in washer then air dry! Takes about 2 days to air dry. Stays soft as well! ... show more

It has washed well (follow the instructions provided) and the hand and feet pockets are nice extra bonuses. The remote is easy to use and it heats up fast. The blanket was perfect for my mother. She is an elderly woman and typically stays cold, but it is more difficult at night. This blanket gave her the idea warmth she was needing along easy accessible controls. It was also very soft and beautiful.

Something about this seller and this blanket is fishy. The first order, I received a blanket in a damaged bag with sunbeam printed on it, put inside another bag and taped up. No manuals and nothing to indicate this was actually a new product. It came with 2 outlets on the blanket, 2 plugs and 2 remotes . I had to set it to the max temp in order to really feel anything and the middle of the blanket won’t heat. I felt like it may be used and contacted Amazon, they sent a replacement. The replacement came in a different bag, with a sunbeam cardboard insert and the manual. It was still stuffed inside of another bag and taped up. This blanket has 1 outlet, 1 plug and 2 remotes. I still have to turn it up to the max temp and the middle doesn’t heat. The texture for both is very nice and soft but I still wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this seller. I will be looking for a replacement and returning both ! ... show more

What I don’t like about it is I have to you have two use both controls to heat the whole blanket it’s just me I have limited outlets and if I plugged in too much in my old cabin outlets, I blow a fuse it doesn’t tell you. You have to use both controls to heat, the whole blanket.
