    • I'd give 100 stars if I could. The best buy of 2025
Color: Champagne Size: King (90" x 100")
I absolutely love this blanket. We have a tempurpedic and you're not supposed to use a heating pad or blanket directly on the mattress but I'm in menopause and my husband must think he is a polar bear so I freeze or burn up. This blanket has been an absolute game changer! He can turn his side on when he wants it and I can fling it off when I get a hot flash. This blanket and a fan is just perfection. I hate sherpa so the luxe fabric is preferred. It's so hard to find a non sherpa heated blanket. If you're on the fence about this blanket it is worth the investment and you won't regret it. I sleep with it on 3 to 4 in summer and 6-8 in winter. Our house is almost 100 years old and she has her quirks lol. I look forward to coming to bed every night. ... show more

    • OMGoodness... Warmth, sweet warmth!!
Color: Champagne Size: King (90" x 100")
OMGoodness! I cannot believe I have waited so long to get an electric blanket! I love this thing. After doing a considerable amount of comparison shopping, I decided to go with this one. Here are the reasons: 1. The price 2. The name (sunbeam) 3. The function (dual controls, timer.. It has other functions but these are the ones that sold me) 4. 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!! 5. The color choices 6. The material ( velvet) it is sooooo soft and smooth! Now, some reviewers stated they could feel the wires and felt that overall the blanket was "thin". It is true that the wires can be felt. I know there are blankets that advertise to have very small wires to where you can't feel them. Maybe that is the case but I'm not going to pay extra money to not feel wires in an ELECTRIC blanket. Now the thinness, that is true as well. Even though it is electric you would expect it to have more of a thickness to it, but because I have layers of covers on my bed. ( love the cozy feel) it doesn't bother me. I'm assuming that because it is on the thin or light weight side, that's probably why the wires are so noticeable...not certain. But anyway, regardless of that, I just absolutely love getting in the bed and the sheets are nice and toasty for me!!! No more cold sheets on this body...lol. By all means do buy, you will not be disappointed... ... show more

    • WARNING: Not what they used to be.
Color: Champagne Size: King (90" x 100")
Stopped working afte 1 month of winter use. It worked great at first. Fast forward one month, it heats up when I first turn it on, but I wake up in the middle of the night with it being cold. I turn the timer on for 8 hours to last all night, but it always turns off after a couple hours of use. I don't know where I can find an electric blanket that works. This is the 2nd brand I've chosen, and I did so because I remember sunbeam from the 90s being one of the best electric blankets on the market now. I even bought one for my children who complain of the same issue. They wake up cold. ... show more

    • Large and warm.
Color: Champagne Size: King (90" x 100")
HUGE and very warm. 10 hours? Sometimes it stops before 10 hours, sometimes it lasts longer. The cord is very long and the dual controls are simple to work. If the controls flash after pushing the ON button, the plug has become dislodged at the blanket ( just push it til it is fully inserted). The heating wires are easily felt and can cause a rippled appearance. The blanket material feels nice. Warms quickly. Even on very low settings, the blanket can get very warm. The first few nights, on setting 3, I had to reduce to 2 or LOW because it was too warm. If folded upon itself, super hot spots can occur. The blanket can tolerate liquid spills while heating. I've had several water bottle/tea leaks and spills without incident. I sleep on top of the blanket to prevent overlapping and hot spots. On my CalKing, my feet will fight with the cord if it is on top of me. I use metal clips to keep the blanket from shifting and overlapping. I use a thin sheet on top of the blanket. I never go above setting 3. I would purchase again. Wait til the price is $85 or less. One star deducted for the obvious wires and the super hot spots. The cat absolutely loves it. ... show more

    • Soft and warm...great buy!
Color: Champagne Size: King (90" x 100")
I read another review that said they couldn't believe they waited this long to purchase this blanket and I feel exactly the same way!!!! I got a King size in the beige color and it's incredible... it is extremely soft and warm! It is well big enough to cover the bed and the cords are plenty long enough to reach the other end of the bed to plug into the outlet. There are 2 controls so my boyfriend and I can have different settings. We live in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area of NY so we experience cold weather and this is a life saver at night! I turn it on just before we start getting ready for bed and turn it off when we get in and it's perfectly warm when we get in and warm until we fall asleep. I haven't used a setting higher than 4 because that is warm enough but it does go up to 10 I think. Great purchase...I have said it everyday how happy I am with the blanket, especially since it has been getting very cold here. ... show more

    • Not as pictured, not great quality

The controllers were not as pictured which is ok except ours doesn’t have a screen with a backlight so you can’t see the setting in the dark. The blanket is already getting holes in it.

    • Nice, but very thin
Color: Night Fog Size: King (90" x 100")
Works great. It is a thin blanket and very slippery on the bed. It slides to the sides of the bed. I ordered some sheet anchors to seenif that works.
