We bought this for the end of last summer and didn’t open it until this summer and discovered that it was not the beautiful brown color that is pictured but just a bright blue color so we were really disappointed with that

The pool was exactly as promised. Got here earlier than expected. Packed very well. There are many complaints in the reviews about the filter pump. It does seem small for such a large pool but we shall see. If you want to spend several thousand versus several hundred then do so to get a larger pump etc. I love the looks of the pool and it was very easy to set up.     • Cannot Get Replacement Parts
Do not buy this pool! We received the pool quickly, shipping was not an issue. When we set the pool up, we discovered a leak on one of the seems. Did not want to go through the hassle of returning it so decided to try to fix it with Flex Seal. That actually worked. The next issue we discovered is the filter is too small to provide good circulation of the water and there is no skimmer and also no way to use a good pool vacuum. Ordered and installed a skimmer basket and a larger sand filter. That allowed the use of a good pool vac making maintenance much easier. This spring, we had to move the pool. Spent two days draining and cleaning the liner. When we attempted to disassemble it, we discovered the liner sleeves had melted themselves to the tube frame. There was no way to get the liner and frame separated. After trying multiple things over several hours, one of the sleeves ripped and the liner was ruined. Cut the liner away from the rest and attempted to order a new liner. Only found one company that carries a replacement liner and they have been out of stock for over 6 months. I have called them several times and keep getting the same answer, “we don’t know when it will be in stock, but we expect it to be soon”. The poo is a good pool once you take steps to improve the items noted. It’s very upsetting that we have spent this much time and effort only to find out a replacement liner seems to be impossible to get. We are not contemplating how long we should wait vs purchase a new pool from another manufacturer. ... show more

Easy to put up, I didn't need any help. I'd give it a 5 star but there's no skimmer! I was fortunate because leveling the installation site had already been done because there had already been a pool there. Prepping the installation site is probably the hardest most important part of the install!

I actually really like the pool....nice easy set up but I didnt get the maintenance kit that was supposed to be included and I'm not sure who to contact

    • The rim that holds liner to pool came loose.
The upper rim that holds the pool to the metal bars started popping loose after only 1 year. Junk!!!! Look at the reviews, it's a common default with this company.

The pool is large and easy to set up. The basket weave is a little cheesy up close, but good from a distance. Good value for the money.
