I bought this trimmer, and when it arrived, I could see right away that it was brand-new, but the lid was cracked. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, and they sent me a replacement. When the second trimmer arrived, it also had a cracked lid. That’s when I realized this is a manufacturing defect — these trimmers are leaving the factory already damaged. I reached out to Stylecraft support as well. At first they replied, but as soon as I explained the problem, they completely stopped responding. I sent several emails and got no answer at all. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service from Stylecraft. After that, I checked other Amazon reviews and noticed that many customers have the exact same issue. So they are clearly shipping defective units, and the problem is not being fixed. I do not recommend buying this product. ... show more
