Started off great, but quickly became unsafe. It began short-circuiting randomly, shutting off mid-use and even gave off a burning smell. I expected better quality for the price. Not worth the risk.

Overall I’m very pleased with this. It does a really great job of adding volume and smoothing hair and has helped me extend the days between washes. It is a little louder than other hair dryers I’ve used.

It is the best blow dryer I’ve purchased for long hair. It doesn’t get stuck in my hair, and it doesn’t seem to cause my hair to frizz as I’m drying it.

It’s beautiful machine when you see it but the quality of it is not so good. I sent it my girlfriend in Africa and by first use it was smoking and wouldn’t working again.

This brush worked well - when it worked. It did a good job on my thick hair. But, the cord tangles very badly and the appliance has already quit. I’ve only had it for 2 months and it shorted out this morning. The return window has closed already. I would not recommend purchasing.

Hair drying is fast. Larger brush size is great for medium and long hair. Heats fast too. A bit loud and high pitched sound takes getting used to. Happy with it for sure.
