This is my 2nd jar of this!!!!! I have 4C hair that has a TOTAL mind if it’s own... I’ve tried all the edge control, gorilla snots, rub challenges out there (thee the rub challenge one away because it didn’t work on my hair). One day while getting my hair braided, the braider put this on my edges and I told her it wouldn’t work... she promised me it would and would “lay dem edges DOWN”.... imagine my shock when it laid my edges!!!!! Immediately brought my first jar!!!! This does what it says it will do!!!!! The scent is subtle! Produce is not unaffordable ... show more

Eco styler was the closest thing I had to laying my edges down for 30 minutes but baaaaaaaabbby... This thang slick em back and actually holds it! The first pic is on the way to work (bout 8 am) and the second pic is at the start of my nightly routine. (probably 9pm). The hold is serious. I definitely recommend! ... show more

I honestly did not believe the hype on this edge control but when I tell you that it laid down my beautiful 4C hairline, it really laid it exactly where I wanted it and did not move! There is absolutely no greasy look or feel (which I LOVE), and it stays put for DAYS. That part really threw me for a loop! Someone mentioned that there is a white residue and I agree that I saw it on the third day. But another thing that I discovered that was absolutely amazing to me was that if I used just a little bit of water to get rid of the white cast, not only was the residue gone, but it seemed to RENEW the product that was already there without having to re-apply it.😮 I have absolutely never in my life had an edge control that did everything that it said it would and more!
