This Stur Electrolyte Hydration Powder taste great. It says to mix in 16 oz. of water, but I didn't want a strong taste, so I mixed it with 32 oz of water, and it gives me the hint of taste for my water. The full flavor taste great but I didn't want a full-bodied taste. It's great and I do get more hydration because I'm drinking more water. I told my doctor about it and she's please that I am getting more hydrated. She kept telling me to drink more water, but I just couldn't get that much down in a days' time. This way is much better and if I want it stronger, I can make it stronger. I just don't want a full lemon or punch flavor --I think it's much better as a hint or lighter taste rather than a full-bodied taste---so I'm pleased. I gave it a straight full 5-star rating. I had searched different brand before I bought this and I'm glad I did. I would highly recommend this product. Electrolytes, Antioxidants, Vitamin B & Sugar Free and a good taste.
