Really happy with this speaker. The sound is clear and powerful, the bass is solid, and it looks great in person. Super easy to connect and carry around. I’ve been using it almost every day and it just works. Definitely a must-have.

Awesome sound quality! Easy to use and connect Bluetooth. Love the color of it and lights. Portable not very heavy. Charges fast and lasts. Costs a little more than others but your paying for quality.

The Good: The Stromberg Carlson Mega-Force speaker has some serious power. It's highly portable, with 6-10 hours of play time on a charge depending on how you are using it. The sound clarity is crisp and clear at the high end and has depth at the low end. The whole package has a nice esthetic, and looks sharp in any setting. The Bad: It really wasn't that easy to pair for me (Samsung Galaxy 26), showing at the bottom of my list whereas most of the time a device i search for shows at the top. I had to get out the directions to figure out how to actually turn it on, because the demo button didn't work at all, nor did anything else really. I attached a couple of images that show what it was like just out of the box with that top button cover hanging off. The box itself was pretty beat up too. I suspect I have a returned item that was perhaps not inspected after return. While it does work, I question the integrity of it for sure. The Ugly: At this price point, I expect something a little more than a very basic box with Bluetooth capabilities, but really that's all this is. It does not even have a remote. It's not water resistant even a little bit (most of the others on the market are if not water resistant, up to IPX7 submersible). It looks pretty fancy, but when you get close it's all window dressing. There are a ton of 80W Bluetooth speakers that are: also able to be linked to others of the same brand, but cheaper, more portable (lighter/smaller), able to be controlled via remote or phone app, waterproof/water resistant or otherwise more durable, and have better battery life. If you want to carry your boombox on your shoulder like you're in an 80's teen movie, this is absolutely your jam though! ... show more

    • Nice speaker
I own several Stromberg speakers of various sizes and they make a nice high quality product. As with most of their speakers this one has the typical flashy lights and bold colors which may or may not be your thing. This takes me back to the 80's when everyone was all about the boom box. Although this one doesn't have a tape deck or am/fm, those are obsolete these days. Paired with my phone and sounded great playing though my Spotify play list while out on the deck. It gets plenty loud for me and the sound was good. Mids are very strong with the highs and low base slightly lacking, but not bad. Battery life is good. This is pretty large so be prepared for that and the space it is going to take up. ... show more

    • Absolutely Outstanding Speaker With Amazing Sound
Review Image by SocksNBuzz
This speaker is legit absolutely awesome. It’s big it’s bold and it’s got some thump with the bass. The highs come through clear and crisp and battery life is very solid and lasts quite a while. It’s very easy to setup and very easy to pair with any Bluetooth device. The RGB lights are very cool to have especially at night there bright but not overpowering. The speaker itself is large which isn’t a bad thing because it does bring the bass quite good. No matter what genre of music you’re playing this speaker is up to the task and handles it extremely well. It has 5 speakers plus a subwoofer so the speaker has to be bigger to handle everything inside. What I like most about it is the playtime on a single charge I get a good solid 6 hours sometimes more on a single charge on medium volume and for how big this speaker is that’s really good. I use it everyday and even my wife who doesn’t like technology that much likes it as well. Overall just an outstanding speaker that really lets you enjoy your music ... show more
