These have worked amazing for my husbands plantar fasciitis. He was miserable after his 12 hour shifts on his feet and struggled keeping it wrapped with an ace bandage as it was bulky and hard to fit into his shoe. It also would hurt after sleeping and not keeping it wrapped and this has also solved that issue since it stays on for days. These have been a much better option and they last for 5 days even with a daily shower. They fit in his shoe so much easier and they are helping even better than the ace bandage or the gigantic brace that there doctor provided. ... show more

These strips were easy to apply and they stick really well. They worked pretty well as a knee support without having a bulky brace on. You can barely feel them on your skin - they are very comfortable. It takes them a while to dry off after swimming or bathing. Do not try to rip them off - they need to be carefully removed a little at a time (keeping the skin pressed firmly down with a finger as you remove it). The waste of money! My trainer placed these on for me bc I didn’t want to get it wrong. However, as soon as she did it, they begin to peel off. I made sure not to lotion my legs or feet. Still didn’t work! She ended up using hers from Walmart on me.

A bit tricky to put on - but took the time to figure it out before trying to adhere to my ankle area (peroneal tendonitis) . It stayed on about 5 hours before coming loose on my leg. Ended up trashing it as it will not re-stick. For me, it was a waste of money!
