I loved everything about this chair except that it is not ideal for tall people. I am 5’8” & when sitting straight up had absolutely no head support which wouldn’t be ideal for nursing or sleeping in when baby comes. Recline option wasn’t much better. Other than that, I was impressed with the chair itself. I purchased the ivory basketweave (appeared more white-ish in person which I was happy with) and was pleasantly surprised with the softness and comfort of the material. The glide, swivel and recline functions were very smooth and quiet. I have returned this, after quickly putting together (can’t speak to the long term quality of the chair), but if the chair was taller, it would have been everything I was looking for in a nursery chair. This chair is also much cheaper compared to other power recline, swivel & gliders which is a plus. It was easy to put together being 9 months pregnant, just needed my husband to carry it upstairs to our nursery as it is very heavy. If not having head support in a chair is ok for the taller person looking to purchase then I would 100% purchase. If you aren’t tall, I would recommend without hesitation. ... show more

    • Definitely a quality piece of furniture!
This chair has a a lot of credits in materials. The list of carcinogenic substances in most furniture is extensive. While it might be trace amounts, it's there. This chair was intended for nursing mothers (in my opinion) because it's free of such chemicals. I just wanted a decent recliner for the living room but was drawn to this chair specifically when I saw how much effort they put into making it safe for mom's and babes. While I'm neither of those i wanted to support their mission. This chair is definitely a quality piece of furniture: Pros: -award winning. Free of harsh chemicals. -It's heavy. I put this in the pro's because I feel weight a good indicator that it's made to last with more robust materials. -The reclining feature is fully electric. The buttons to operate the recliner are easy to find by touch, but they are also backlit. -rotating all metal swivel base. The description says it's a 360 rotate, but it's not quite that much. I'm seeing approximately 15 degrees less than 360 before it hits the hard stop. It's still more than enough. -the swivel base also glides. It's very smooth in both swivel and glide. -Comfortable for reading and watching movies. -usb ports for device charging. Cons: - The backlight color for the recliner buttond is unfortunately blue, and very bright in a dark room. While it looks nice, blue light is not a calming and relaxing light. -Not good for napping due to low backrest. The backrest only comes up to my neck. I'm not a mother and don't have kids, but I would think a nursing chair needs some head support for late hours with baby. I think some might have a little sticker shock when considering this chair. I think the value is there, and would recommend this chair for anyone. ... show more

    • Comfortable easy set up
Right out the box you can tell this is a quality product. Its packaged very well its in a protected sheet cover. Once you remove the two pieces you will see how easy this is to set up. The bottom half is a tad heavy would recommend you get some help moving it to its set up location. ( the box is massive while it would make sense to just unbox in the area you want this I was not able to do so. Once you get this to the area of set up you just slide the back rest to the base, you pluggin the power supply for the motor and the usb ports. Yes usb c and type a are available. Lastly do not forget to remove the zip ties at the bottom of the chair. The chair is very comfortable it is a rocker chair so please remind yourself and spouse or anyone who may visit and take a seat as it is a going to move. I have no cons for this Its absolutely comfortable and easy to set up, I did end up getting a stretchy Recliner Chair Cover for this just to protect it since I got it in white. My husband has been begging for a recliner but I could not find one that would not ruin my current décor and aesthetic. Then I saw this recliner and I hit the order button really fast. This is an amazing product that makes wife and husbands dream come true at the same time. From my perspective it is not bulky, stylish and pretty. The material feels great quality, premium look and feel. From my husbands perspective, it has a charging port, all electric that reclines smoothly and comfortable. So very comfortable. Overall, we could not be happier with this product. We are expecting our second baby in December and this recliner is definitely going into the nursery that husband does not know yet :) ... show more

The electronic power recline makes getting in and out of the chair so easy. I love the smooth gliding motion that lets me gently rock, and the 360-degree swivel is very convenient for moving around. But the coolest feature has to be the built-in USB charging ports for keeping my phone and baby gadgets juiced up right from the chair. No more getting up to find a charger! It's firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to be comfortable to sit in for long nights or just when you need to get off your feet. No sharp edges or big concerns for little ones at least not when it's in the sitting up position. The controls are easy to use, the power cable is plenty long, and the charging ports are a super nice feature. All in all it is a really great option at a fair price. ... show more
