The dresser came really fast and looked really nice. IT was a good quality and the instructions were great. They were well-designed and very easy to follow. Everything worked out perfectly. We finished putting it together in 2 hours, and we did not struggle at all. It was actually a really fun activity to do together before the baby came. It was very well packaged and nothing came damaged. The drawers also lock, so you can only open one at a time. TL/DR: Great item, good construction, sturdy, 10/10 recommend. We bought this to use as a changing table since we are expecting. I've put together a number of pressboard furniture pieces in the last five years, and I have to admit that this one is actually the best of them. All of the pieces fit together properly, the screws go into the pre-milled holes without too much effort but are also not loose, and overall the materials seems to be of better-than-average quality. The end product is very sturdy and doesn't wobble, which is clutch when you think about having a baby covered in poop on top of it - that's not really when you want things shaking around and potentially splatter painting the room. Overall, it's great and I would highly recommend it. The only caveat here is that the instructions are not quite as detailed as you might want. I had to unscrew a couple of pieces and flip them around so I had access to the cam locks. Fortunately, the build is good enough that this was easy to do. So if you have any experience assembling furniture, you should be able to tackle 90%+ of the instructions with no problem. And the remaining 10% are kind of a 50-50 toss up that is easy to fix. If this is your first furniture assembling foray, then I still recommend this but then you should either A). build it when you have enough time to really, REALLY study the instruction pictures for each minute detail or (more likely) B). con a friend with experience into helping you. Preferably the second, and bribe them with a good beer selection. If you're close, I'll even do it if you provide the beer, that's how easy this thing was to assemble. If I could guarantee that every pressboard furniture piece that I purchased going forward had this quality, I would be very happy. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. ... show more

This is the first piece I’ve ever built, took awhile with the help of another person took us about 4-5 hours. Pieces are as many as needed no extras so be extra cautious to not lose anything. Had minor scratches. It’s looks nice not very sturdy as in you can move it around a lot it’ll probably break so I’d say it’s more of a one and done especially on carpet make sure you have it where you want it for sure cause it is heavy. Only one drawer gets a bit stuck but I think it’s cause of how I screwed it in so be sure to not screw in at a angle I think it messes with the tracks. Overall very happy with my purchase. I saw someone say it doesn’t fit a lot which I think it’s fits perfect for your essentials that do not need to be hung. Great price for what your getting. ... show more

If I could give this no stars, I would. This dresser is a literal death trap, and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it kills someones kids and gets recalled. First and foremost, not all the pieces were included to assemble this dresser. Next there are partial screw like things that when you turn them, they can become undone making the dresser completely unstable. I assembled it together and had trouble with the screw things staying in and the top part of the dresser was the first to come undone. We thought we'd still be able to work through it if we put it in one spot and didnt move it, but the next thing we know, the drawers literally came apart and had trouble coming in and out the tracts. Its upsetting to spend sooo much money on a dresser that is supposed to be specifically for children, and then to have to disassemble, try and fit back into the box and then lug the box to the ups store bc it costs money for pickup or pickup isn't even available, is absolutely insane. So to say the least I'm stuck with an over $200 deathtrap of a dresser that I have no use for, while I look for something else for my son. I wish I listened to the other reviews that warned of their troubles with the dresser, but unfortunately I'm someone who likes to try it out for myself, and this is what I'm dealt with. Hopefully they update their policies on sending back highly defective heavy items like this, bc being one parent who has back problems, it's just way too hard to take back to ups to get it shipped back. We are having a child soon and decided to do black aesthetics and found this! Now be patient while putting this together because it will take some time! It took us like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to put this together. Overall it does look nice and it built pretty tough. We didn't have any problems and it looks great and stands tall. For the cost, this was a great deal. Sturdy, well made and good quality. Has plenty of storage. Seen some complain that you can only open one draw at a time which is no big deal.. My granddaughter loves it. It matches with her gray bed frame.
