I ordered a set of these and received one as a Christmas gift this year. The first set arrived in perfect condition, they are packed for shipping really well. I was very surprised when my gifted set arrived and 3 plates were broken. I sent an email that night explaining my situation. I was emailed back within the hour and received amazing customer service. They received the pictures of my broken plates and started the process to ship replacements. Within about 3 days I received a replacement set. I am extremely satisfied and impressed by the level of service. The dishes themselves are beautiful, and look stunning in my kitchen. I like the weight and thickness of the plates. I do wish the bowls were slightly deeper, but that’s a personal preference. So far I’ve had no issues with cleaning them, both in the dishwasher and by hand. They have a nice clear coat and wipe clean very easily. They don’t stack perfectly, but I kind of like the more rustic style of the plates so it doesn’t bother me, my husband disagrees. So that might be up to your preference as well. All that said I think these dishes are a great set and worth the price. There was not a single scratched, chipped or broken piece in the set. The colors are absolutely stunning. We hand wash them so I dont know how they stand up in dishwasher but they are perfect for the microwave. Best dish set I have bought in a long time. Love how thick and good quality they are, but for some reason I believe the color is starting to come out in some parts. I wonder how long they will last. They won't heat up in the microwave like regular ceramic will. So far, they do quite well in the dishwasher. Not sure if i recommend it yet.

The large dinner plates are bigger than expected which I really like and my boyfriend favors the smaller plates. We both like the bowls. Haven't used the flatter ones yet but I'm planning on bringing them out for our next taco night. We love the teal color. Very appreciative of how thick and heavy they are too - feels like very good quality ceramic material. They're very easy to clean by hand and easy to stack and store.
