First one ordered was destroyed in shipping. Had a replacement sent and when it arrived almost in as bad of shape as the first. Reattached the unit to the bottom board Plugged it in and the heater doesn’t work.

The entire set is very well designed. It definitely puts off some serious heat. Heats up a nice 500sq ft room in no time! The set has some weight to it as well. You definitely need a good setting for this as the uniqueness of the fireplace can make a room awkward if you have a very modern look and then add in this old world fireplace. The media could not be loaded. Ordered this fireplace to go in our master bedroom. In the winter we like to use an electric heater to keep the room warm as we are on propane and it is very expensive. The unit puts out a lot of heat for its size and it’s great to be able to program a temperature and have it hold it. The quality of the mantle and rock seems to be very good and it’s a nice piece aesthetically. The only con and it’s a small one is that the fire does not look very realistic. It’s still nice for ambiance though. Overall this is a very high quality unit and I would recommend it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This really does a great job of bridging the dining section and living room. As long as it lasts I love it. Upgraded to 5 stars. Absolutely love it after several months. Included video update to show it is still like new.
