I have the 1500.1 wired at 1 ohm to two skar EVL 10s. Using 3 batteries(not necessary) and it works to push them to max. Bid D wiz measured one in the series to put out 500 - 750rms + more than rated under dynamic performance. Does not get hot.

    • Hits harddddddd on 4 gauge and stock alternator
Amp performs as it should and put out more than the rated power . Unlike a lot of amps that are sold for lower price this amp doesn't get customer by using shock labeling . You know the 5000 watt max but 2x30 amp fuse set up use to play on unknowing customers . The label is the rms and puts out around 1700 plus rms dyno tested in a pinch . I have it pushing 2 900rms dual 4ohm 12 inch tornado subs wired to 1ohm that I got for $100 each in a $90 rhino box on my budget build and it out performs and sticks with the best of them at a fraction of the cost . Wired with 4gauge on my stock alternator in a 2019 jeep with 1 farad cap for back up and no big 3 upgrade . Will upload photos later ... show more

    • Great sound for the price
Great sound for the price. Very small and easy to mount. I like the bass boost knob because it is attached to a bracket and was removable. I ended up drilling out an unused switch blank on the dash and placing the knob in there. it looks like it was a factory option. I intend to buy a second one of these for my other car. ... show more

    • Protection mode constantly
Amp constantly goes into protection mode. Used to come back on but now stays in protection mode. Hooked up my Scar amp which works like it should without going into protection mode. The old saying holds true you pay for what you get. Would not recommend this amplifier for pushing subs.

Wow. Im so happy I bought this i have it pushing 2 kicker l7ss. At one point I had the l7s and comp rs hooked up at once. No problem it powered both sets with ease going ham.
