Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner. What I liked about the Stila stick, it stays on my eye lids hour's after putting it on. What I don't like about this liner. Only having liner since April.03.2022 It has tiny clumps that comes off while I draw liner on my eye lids. But when I put in the freezer, It seems to help glide on better.
