After just 4 weeks the coffee basket spring and 2 pieces fell off while washing it. One small “ring” piece, I couldn’t find. I was hopeful that a replacement basket could be sent swiftly since this wasn’t a mechanical issue, but something external that came apart. Wrong. I called Bella and they opened a ticket number and required a lot of details - 5 digit item number, purchase date, proof of invoice which I emailed immediately after calling customer service. Five caffeine free days later and no response. I called customer service today and was told that yes, my email was received but they’re waiting to hear back from warranty and there are no updates. I need to wait. Bella people, it’s just a coffee basket. Nothing crazy. At least respond to my email and tell me you’re working on it. Or better stil, just send me a replacement. It’s not so complicated. I get the feeling this will not end successfully and I’m not sure if the baskets online are universal and will fit this machine. Anyway, regardless, after this kind of crappy customer service, I wouldn’t buy a Bella machine of any kind again - even though this machine is cute and it made good coffee. ... show more

I read some bad reviews , I almost didn’t get it . But I have other Bella products and there all good . So I ordered this . I’m not sorry ! It’s amazing for the money . I have no issues like others have had . My biggest concern was the top not closing . But mine is just fine . It stays closed . It just shows you don’t always go by the reviews. The size is perfect . I don’t like things that take up unnecessary space on the counter top . I would recommend it . 5 stars ... show more

We're simple people when it comes to coffee. We drink a lot. Love the 12 cup size. Love the permanent built-in filter (pictured) that makes it so you honestly don't have to use disposable ones! Money saver! It has a timer so you can set and forget the night before. Keeps warm a few hours. Pours smooth. Also it's so beautiful. Love the cream color if you're an aesthetic beige kitchen appliance girly and it's at a price point that's WAY lower and more affordable than a lot of other aesthetic coffee makers! I absolutely love this coffee maker. I am able to use delay brew the night before and by the time I am awake the coffee is done, hot and has been brewed perfectly. The coloring is amazing. Not just standard white or black it is a beautiful cream color. The clock is easy to read and super handy for a busy morning, or what ever time one chooses to have their delicious beverage, the pot turns off. I was worried to buy this coffee maker because of the reviews. I’m here to say buy it. For the cost you cannot go wrong. It makes a dang good basic cup of coffee. It matches my kitchen amazing, I love the off white color it has. My coffee comes out hot and all the settings are amazing.

It worked like a dream until it didn't. I used both the brew for instant brewing, and the program brew option, and both worked really well. Last night i at the program brew and went to bed. Oddly, during the night it smelled like the coffee was brewing, so i got up to check it and the program light was on and nothing seemed weird so i went back to bed.... this morning i got up to no coffee. I tried everything and it will not do anything. Not even just being normally. Idk if something fried during the night, but i know i was smelling coffee. ?? I just loved this maker, but a coffee pot should last longer than 2 months. I purchased this March 28th, today is July 25th. Very disappointed. ... show more
