Loved the way it looks; very sleek and perfect for small counter space. Loved EVERYTHING bout the look and design of this product, now if only it would work more than the few weeks I had it. Yes, sorry to say, it simply stopped working only a few weeks into its stay here in our kitchen. The control interface was a bit user-unfriendly at first, but once I got use to it, I was able to make it work for us, until one day only a few weeks into using it , it just stopped working completely. Everything lit up but no water boiled into the carafe. Tried everything I could think of to no avail. We now have a very sleek, beautiful looking flower pot. You can also use it as a doorstop. ---------- PS -- this is what you get for not reading all the one and two star reviews! So many all say they had my problem -- stops heating and sending out boiling water over the coffee grinds. Dead after a couple of months -- exactly the same as mine. This can't be a coincidense or a one-off bad unit. This is a problem big enough that I strongly suggest you don't take a chance with this product. ... show more

I was so excited to find a coffee pot that is the exact same shade of purple that’s my favorite color. I was pleasantly surprised to find a reusable coffee filter that came with the machine. The setup took less than 5 minutes from the start of opening the box all the way to programming the time for my coffee to brew the next morning. The coffee was already freshly brewed when I woke up for the day which 10000/10 was so excited about. The quality of this is way better than I imagined given some of the reviews I saw. The coffee itself dripped nicely, no mess or anything. The plate stayed hot for 2 hours. One feature I loved about this, is that it shows you how long the pot has been sitting since brewed. After 2 hours when the pot turns off it reverts back to the regular time. It’s nice to be able to see how long the pot had been sitting prior to serving myself. I love this coffee pot. Turns off automatically after a certain time frame. The burner on the bottom is awesome. I have had since March 2026 and no peeling of burner, where coffee pot sits. I use daily. Fantastic. I will buy again when this one burns out from use.

I purchased this coffee maker because I wanted a simple, no-frills machine, and at first it seemed like a great choice. It arrived in excellent condition, was easy to use, and worked well for the first month. We used it every morning before work without any issues. Unfortunately, one morning I set it up to brew a full pot, and it suddenly stopped working. There was no heat, no water flow, and no indication that it was brewing, even though the machine appeared to have power. I also tried programming it to brew the next morning, but it never started. I looked into the warranty process, but I would have had to pay to ship the unit back, which was an added expense I didn't want to incur for such a recently purchased product. It's disappointing that a coffee maker used under normal daily conditions failed after only a month. ... show more
