I bought this as the price was very good and it was the color I wanted but was worried by some of the comments on some problems some people had in putting this together. Well, I will agree, some parts are mis-labelled as you can see in the picture, but really a very minor issue as it's obvious which parts you really need to use. Read the instructions and make sure to use the correct bolts for the legs as mentioned in the instructions as the two sets are slightly different lengths (the bolts are labelled correctly in the instructions so that shouldn't be a problem). Also make sure you use the right legs for the front and back, the back ones are curved and use the smaller of the two sets of bolts. Make putting it together easier by working on a raised surface to account for the size of the back of the seat while you're working on it upside down, I used my ottoman under the seat bottom and a cushion underneath the back of the seat to get the height just right and level, this makes it so much easier to work on attaching the bolts using both hands and being able to tighten them at the right angle. The legs are also easier to work on this way, just work on each leg directly perpendicular and you should be okay and nothing will be misaligned. Tighten each bolt loosely by hand at first then tighten each using the allen wrench. (it will loosen a wee bit as the leg shifts and adjusts ever so slightly, so double check each bolt again after your done to make sure each bolt and leg is secure. So far I haven't noticed any bolts loosening, the legs are rock solid as is the chair. Time will tell of course, so keep the tools just in case. On the off-chance a bolt loosens, I might put some loctite on the bolt threads to hold them secure but really so far, no problems. I think if you follow the instructions, take your time with putting this together, you'll be very happy with this chair.

***Update: The vendor who I bought this through has issued a full refund and they are working to improve the chairs. I am hoping they do, as honestly they are great looking comfortable chairs.*** ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ So initially I loved these chairs, they were really pretty vibrant teal, super soft, comfortable etc. They weren't the easiest to put together, but hey they seemed great and I didn't think I'd have to bother with them ever again so no biggie....... ***The vendor has guaranteed that they are addressing the issue below, and considering they're quick and considerate response, I would give them another try. Honestly like I said above I really LOVE these chairs.*** Then about a month later the back became loose on one chair. I asked my warehouse manager to tighten the bolts as I thought I probably didn't do enough and he's stronger. He did so. A couple weeks later legs on both chairs started to loosen, I again thought the same thing as no one ever sits in the chairs there's no reason for them to come loose. My warehouse manager again tightened the bolts. A few weeks after that all legs, and the backs were loose on both chairs. This time I had one of my sales reps try. Again a few weeks later everything was loose. This time one of our building contractors was in the office, and took a look for me. His estimation is that the wood extremely poor quality (or just the ones I got are) and that is the reason they're falling apart. I've only had these since October 2022 and it's May of 2023 - so about 7 months. They've been sat in a total of maybe 15-20 times max (and that's pushing it) for short durations as they're in my office as mostly decoration.

I read all the reviews, and chose to purchase. Construction was fairly easy, however the directions are not the greatest, parts were all present, just labeled in correctly, and chairs legs were not marked as far as front vs back legs. Over all, the chairs are sturdy, great value, with a nice look. I plan to place in my library once I finish it up, the chairs will make a nice touch. I say buy them! Update; I’ve had these chairs for over a year and love them, very sturdy and I get lots of compliments. I do recall the during the assembly, the back legs of the chairs are slightly curved and longer, where the front legs are straight, and not marked for assembly. So when reading other reviews, people stated that the chair was not steady, I can only assume they put the front legs on the back of the chair in the back legs on the front or crisscross them because again the legs are not labeled. however, these are great chairs. If a symbol correctly very nice too again definitely worth the purchase. They’re solid, sturdy, great fabric and a nice addition to the room.
