This PC runs very well, with the exact specs from within the description, it can run plenty of games really well! I only had one problem.. It wasn't showing display when I plugged it into my monitor. Lucky for me it was a really easy fix and I found it on youtube. All I had to do was take out and put back in a singular stick of ram. After that, I checked settings and everything was there. I am really glad I bought this PC and do not regret it one bit!!

I wish they had more specs on this thing cause I was desperate to replace my old right at the time and found out that It didn't have exactly what I wanted. My old rig had 2 graphics cards which allowed me to have my 4 monitors and my TV hooked up to it all at the same time. This new computer if you buy adapters can have 3 monitors hooked up to it. I guess I should of looked at it better but they don't expactly at the time tell you what motherboard and crap they use. I though I would be able to shove one of my 2 graphics cards in there but couldn't do that sucks. I also can't seem to find the option to wirelessly stream to my TV like my wife's less quality computer can do. For some reason the Bluetooth on this is messing up and will disconnect my speakers and won't reconnect without unplugging the dongle or restarting the computer and even then I have to resynce it completely. Don't get me wrong some of this is probably my stupidity and my problem but they should 1 give more details on the product and 2 for the people who are less techy explain that you can't shove 2 gpus in this thing and 3 use a slightly better bluetooth dongle. That being said I do like this computer even though I'm down a monitor and a TV. It plays 7 days to die it plays very good shader packs for Minecraft well it plays Garry's mod Warframe maplestory and can stream your Xbox. I don't playany other games these days but if it can at that veriety of games I don't see why it couldn't play most other games. Update: computer slowed down and freezes at random points. Tried a different hard drive and still happening. Something seems to be faulty. The blue tooth disconnects at random points and doesn't want to work until restarting the computer which seems to be taking more and more time to do. Update: the hard drive it came with doesn't work anymore.

The media could not be loaded. El pc funcionó el día que llego, el sistema operativo se actualizo después de realizar dicha actualización lo apague conforme se debe hacer inicio apagar y el día de hoy en la mañana lo fui a encender y no da arranque me contacte con Amazon y lo único que me dijeron fue que lo devolviera si no funcionaba, el envío me vale un millón de pesos colombianos dinero que no tengo ahora, mis ahorros los gaste en comprar dicho pc y voy contactar a la compañía para que me solucione dicho incidente y me mandan a un chat bot el cual no deja hacer nada, pésimo el servicio post venta 😡 y lo peor que uno equipo nuevo este fallando muy decepcionado por que ahora no tengo plata para organizarlo y me he quedado sin herramienta de trabajo, equipo defectuoso y nadie da respuesta por ello, si alguien más le pasó esto y lo soluciono por favor explícame como lo solucionaron y no compren este pc no lo recomiendo pésimo y el servicio de lo mas pauperrimo, ahora me doy cuenta de que muchos tienen ese mismo problema y según leo usan partes usadas .... Deseo mi devolución de dinero o que me solucionen dicho incidente no puedo creer que con esfuerzo compre este pc para que al otro día no lo pueda usar, por favor todos los que tengan problema con el equipo unámonos y hagamos una petición a dicha compañía

I bought the 719.99 white one. It is a good PC, but it arrived damaged. When I took the plastic off, a piece was broken off of the fan that is inside the PC, which causes vibration noise. The PC also didn't have Windows 11 installed. I had to go to settings, then troubleshoot to get the PC to detect that it had Windows 11. The PC also had a blue-screen error. I would give it 5 stars, but since it had issues, I'm giving it 2 stars.

I brought this pic and it keep crashing so I went to Best Buy and they told me all the parts were off brands from china . so whoever is selling them are ripping you off for you money . the price is to good to be true . DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT UOUR KONEY WASTED … the pc … Is TRASH

BIOS keeps popping up and restarting. Called to try to rectify the situation, seller is not available on weekends. My son’s birthday was ruined by this gift that he was so excited about. Amazon assistant claims it’s the outdated hardware and no software update would solve it. Returning and will post on Facebook and Instagram to warn others of this product and seller. Shame on you!

The product will overheat. It will continue to until it’s starts thermal throttling because it was poorly placed for cooling. The thermal paste is incorrect and the fans were on backwards but if I touched it I wouldn’t be able to return it. Just beware. It could just have been mine.
