Worthy the money!
Set name: I5/RX 550
I brought this gaming PC for my son for his birthday. Now he is a beginner. I was not trying to spend a whole lot of money but I also wanted him to have good quality also. The set up was very easy, nothing was out of place or missing. My son out his PC together by himself with no assistance. We have not been having any issues. Everything is still working and more importantly there’s no lagging. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants good quality but on a budget. ... show more

ABSOLUTE DISASTER
Set name: I7 8th/RX 580
My son had this for 4 months and it broke. Had to take it apart and get replacement part and then reassemble. Customer service was a lil hard to understand but got everything done for me...I would expect a computer to last longer then a few months before it took a crap! Since the repair it worked but my son complained about it lagging and connecting to the internet at least a minimum of once a week but he's a kid and loves playing his games so he dealt with it. We are now at the 6 month mark of having it and it has once again stopped working. After numerous emails and asking for pictures of tags on the computer, that they didn't ask for during the previous issue, they have decided to send me a new computer, but I have to pay for the shipping to return the old one! I'm furious over this, that I now have to pay between $70-100 to ship this lemon of a computer back because we have had it for a few weeks longer than the apparent 6 month rule they have. I now understand why so many people in the reviews said it depended on if you got "one of the good ones." I would NEVER RECOMMEND this computer or brand and once I get the replacement I plan on contacting Amazon that they should rethink selling this or any other item from these people! This was a gift that has turned into an absolute nightmare ... show more

Fantastic computer! I've had the unit for about 30 days and continue to be fully satisfied. I talked with support a few times and they have answered within a day or shorter, very professional and knowledgeable. Computer came preloaded with windows 11. First boot setup and downloading updates took just over an hour. Games load and play quickly with no issues. COD, Rust, PubG. I would say this computers configuration is a mid tier or better Gaming computer. No issues running 3d slicers, photoshop and rendering videos at fantastic speeds. There are stickers on the integrated graphics ports on the back of the computer saying not to use these ports as it has an Updated graphics card installed to replace/update the integrated graphics, this is pretty standard practice. I did not buy the unit for the customizable lighting features but it is very nice and easy to use remote. ... show more

Motherboard/CPU and Graphics capabilities.
Set name: I7 8th/RX 590
For the price I would say you get what you pay for. For my intended purposes for this computer it will work fine. One thing to note: There are stickers on the integrated graphics ports on the back of the computer saying not to use these ports. It has an i7 8th gen 8750H CPU which does have integrated graphics. I was able to go into the bios and turn the integrated graphics on. I am now using 6 monitors by also adding one USB displaylink device with two hdmi ports. I would also note that running some performance tools, I was getting lower performance than what should be expected, one suggestion for the reason is that this configuration is really more of a laptop motherboard/cpu configuration even though it's in a tower case. You will also have few upgrade options which from what I've read is typical for STGAubron computers. One final note, the advertised Wifi 6 is actually an external USB device. I'm using wired ethernet, so doesn't matter much to me, but it might for you. ... show more

What's wrong
Set name: I5/RX 550
Just got it. It was on time and is a nice little compact machine, however. Upon startup, it turns on and off constantly, never boots. Im upset because I'm gonna have to call support right off the bat. My review could change, but for now, I'm not happy. I didn't call support, I started with the basics. Made sure everything was still plugged in from shipping then I started with the ram. 1st stick I took out fixed it. I checked that stick, taking the other out. tried the stick in both slots, no good. so i'm stuck with 8gigs of ram until they send me another. got to call and request that. other than a bad stick, works great. ... show more

JUNK
Set name: I5/RX 550
Have Had for almost 3 months I didn’t buy it to run crazy games or anything just light stuff and various basic computer activity and it can’t even do that. Can’t even play Minecraft smoothly or some basic indie games. Then suddenly it just crashes and now won’t run for more than 3 minutes at a time without crashing and you can’t even set it up very good cause you aren’t the “administrator” of your OWN computer. Not happy and wouldn’t recommend or buy again. Save your money and get something better. Update: their support email does not go anywhere. After you email STG auborn for help (the email is on the side of the PC clearly labeled) it will send you an automated email back saying the recipient can not accept mail at this time. Such a waste of time and money. Unfortunate I fell for a company just trying to make a quick buck with no intentions of quality anywhere in the experience of the buyer. ... show more
