What a good surprise!

I'm really surprised about the quality of this PC, perfect entry level for our 13y/o, the box displays a big "Made in Canada" label, every connection on the motherboard was ok, zero issues at boot up, the USB WiFi board is working flawlessly with our Starlink system, Windows registration and all the updates got done with no issues, so far, so good... No big names on the components, and maybe not as extreme in performance as more expensive rigs, but definitely a great beginners setup

Do not buy

would not recommend, bought the pc, Instantly had trouble downloading a game and kept stopping and error codes showing up, cpu is an i7 from 2013 after I checked the specs, huge bottleneck with the graphics card it has, does not run games well, save your money and buy something better please.

Came in Saturday, brought it up on Sunday and shook it down. Install programs on Monday and Tuesday. Let my oldest grandson play Roblox twice. I've play some chess on it. Got it to a point where I did a backup. Everything is working great. So far, so good.

A great pc

Definitely a great PC, especially for the price. The set-up was incredibly easy, even for someone like me who hasn't ever set up a pc before. The colors are fantastic and overall just looks pretty.

Please don’t waste your money
Set name: 3000G/RX 580
This was terribly disappointing. My son got it as a late Christmas present and was so excited and the hunk of junk never worked. Couldn’t reach customer service we tried for a week and a half. The problem best we could tell was it wouldn’t connect to the monitor. Couldn’t trouble shoot anything else because the only thing it did was turn on and light up.

It looks great. The lights are fun. My son loves them. The keyboard is really cheap, the letters rubbed off with regular use within months. When working it’s a fast machine. The problem is the connectivity is miserable. The WiFi 6 is external and goes into a usb port. It is not a well designed piece and didn’t last. Even though it took no damage it was unusable after 3 months. If you get it, get a different WiFi device and make sure you have a way to install the drivers.

Works for what he needs

Overall, this gaming PC has been a solid setup for the price. Setup was straightforward and it was ready to use pretty quickly right out of the box. It runs smoothly for everyday use and handles most games well, especially if you’re not trying to play everything on ultra settings. The graphics quality is good and games look clear and detailed, with nice brightness that makes everything easy to see during gameplay. Sound quality has also been solid with no issues during gaming or streaming. WiFi connectivity has been stable and reliable, keeping a consistent connection without frequent drops. My only reason for four stars instead of five is that it’s not a high-end system, so newer or more demanding games may require lowering some settings. Still, a great value and a good starter gaming PC overall.

I so love this computer. I ordered it and while setting it up it locked me out. The company was great they sent a new unit almost immediately after I gave them the UPS tracing number for the return. The only issue i had was after getting the new computer I called customer service and got the most rude man. He didn't want to assist me he acted like it was beneath him. So he talked me through the first the steps of set up, then I repeated the his instructions. And he hung up on me saying I didn't need to repeat what he said. Other than that I love this computer WOW game experience is awesome.
