I have no problem in a first day. I did set up with my monitor! Oh yeah I have free mouse and keyboard but there one problem I had is mouse is not working. I not really worry about mouse it about pc matter most!! It is Window 11 Petty much same. 953 GB space!! Five fans!! Colorful well too!!!

I can’t really rate it any higher because it didn’t work from the minute it arrived. Purchased after reading the reviews for our son who wanted first gaming pc. Bought in November for Christmas. He opened it, was super excited, then hit with disappointment the pc wouldn’t stay on to use. Kept going through on off cycle. We looked at all the connections, nothing out of place. Contacted amazon support who recommended I contact seller. Contacted seller who deferred us back to Amazon. So it was returned. It took almost a month for refund which I get there’s a process. If you're looking for a gaming computer for a 10 year old this it. It looks flashy, cool, and works ok. If you're looking to play online like the most recent Call of Duty this is not your computer. I Contacted the company about the missing hardware the day after Christmas, and they have yet to contact me back. I would've given it more stars, but the customer service is not ideal given it is January 4th and still no response from the company other than an automated email response about everyday issues the computer may encounter. ... show more

The product is great, but the customer service was even better. We were having a problem powering up on Christmas Eve, and the company left information on Christmas Day, the day, after, and worked with us every day until the problem was solved, all the while offering to replace if we couldn't remedy the issue. The computer is up and running and I have a very happy kid. I highly recommend the product and the people who sell it, this was one of our best experiences asking for help. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Junk out of the box. Would turn in turn off and not boot. Determined it was a problem with the RAM. Fixed that and got it to turn on but then nothing from the HDMI port from the graphics card to the monitor. Plus, a guy at the computer store told me this was a very old outdated CPU and it had DDR3 RAM installed. Overall, it’s junk and I returned it to Amazon for a refund. ... show more

Computers wouldn’t turn on. It was a real bummer because it was a Christmas present for my son. It would just power up and turn off. Stuck in the power loop for over an hour. Now I have to wait over 30 days for a refund and my son has no Christmas gift.
