Set name: I7/RX 580
WARNING! Do not purchase from this company. I bought a pc from them and it didnt last 2 months before I had to return it. They sent me a second machine. It didnt work properly from the start but I tried to troubleshoot on my own since I didnt want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I spent almost 2 months in almost daily communication with support trying to troubleshoot the many issues I've had and my problems only got worse. Constant crashes while gaming, gpu overheating and eventually file corruption issues that forced restarts every few minutes. To try to fix this issue I reinstalled windows from the pc itself. It worked for about a week at which point my files were corrupted again. When i went to install windows a second time it wouldnt work because those files had been corrupted as well. Downloaded windows 11 from the microsoft site. Turns out the hardware is incompatible with it...told support about it at which point they shipped me a thumb drive with a "work around" Didnt work when I first tried to boot from it. Tried a second time and it managed to install windows. Turns out I cant activate it as they did not provide a license so I cant change most setting on my pc including basic things like mic output volume. Continue my correspondence with support for several days only for them to tell me that they would have to review my case as the window for a return had expired. Mind you it expired because I was actively trying to work with them to troubeshoot the issues and because I wanted to support a smaller company in a world where these companies are crushed by massive corporations. Two days later they replied stating that they would refund my money but only if I paid for the shipping to return it. mind you I already sent one back and had to pay $30 for a box and shipping materials as I threw that stuff out when I received the first pc because fool that I am I trusted that it would work as it should. These pc are suitable AT BEST for grandma to play solitaire or Majong. These ARE NOT fit for gaming. Buy at your own peril! I ONLY gave them 1 star because I cant give them zero ... show more

I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year. ... show more

works 30% of the time. we've tried hundreds of fixes. we built our own and got this for my kids school and have a generalized knowledge of computer maintenance repair and recovery. our computers have lasted years with no issue from our own building. this one however is useless, with a locked os, crashes all the time before you can even get commands or settings in. didn't decide to start having problems until a few months in (past return policy) not to mention you're not even the admin of your own os apparently. secure_kernel_error 0x18b (blue screen of death) do not waste your time. funny when i first purchased there weren't any reviews like this either and now there are plenty. listen to them. will be going back to building on our own or purchasing pre-builts in store from now on. ... show more

The pc is so good and very pretty as well! You can change the fan speeds and gaming is very much do-able. It stays connected to wifi and has its own antenna. It’s user friendly and with the perfect budget option However, the shipping was delayed many times and the mouse and keyboard RGB doesn’t change colors, but the fan led’s do.     • Won't power up. New one is now crashing all the time

Won't power up. The PC Doesn't work. (1 star) UPDATE: I have returned it and am waiting on a replacement due in on Tuesday. The replacement procedure was satisfactory, both simple and efficient with no complaints. (2 star) 2nd UPDATE: Received replacement on time as scheduled. The new one seems to be functioning as advertised. I am quite pleased with it so far. The only issue is the mouse is a little loud "clicky" though this is a very minor issue. I have been loading my software on it and performing maintenance with no issues. It boots up fast and clocks as fast as advertised though I haven't run any heavy data games yet. (4 star) 3rd UPDATE: Have had this 3 months now and it has started to crash several times a day for no apparent reason, often when it's not even being used. Other buyers have reported this and I'm sorry I didn't listen to them. There is something seriously wrong with this thing. Very disappointed... ... show more

FINAL UPDATE: We have finally given up on trying to get this computer to work. The desktop came with a KingFast SSD. Never heard of that brand? Good reason. They're terrible. Tried a vanilla Windows install with a good brand SSD and system continues to blue screen. System frequently boots into BIOS. Even at these cheap Amazon prices, I would recommend staying far far away from this brand. UPDATE #3: I was able to bring this desktop back from the dead by removing the cage which had the SSD attached. It's not easy to get at as you have to remove the fans on the front of the case. What worked for me was disconnecting the SATA cable from the SSD and the motherboard and then reconnecting them. My guess is they may have come loose during shipping. Desktop now works fine for my daughter so I'm restoring to 3 star review. No computer should be this difficult to get working reliably. I still say buyer beware, but it's only fair to update to reflect that desktop we bought is now working again. UPDATE: 3 months after purchase, SSD has already failed. Stay away from this machine. It's garbage. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The desktop itself is fine. But, the bluetooth and wifi are provided with small USB receivers and that's not explained at all when you open the box. A more important point is the CPU in this system is not approved for Windows 11 so you will not be able to upgrade unless you do a forced reinstall from a USB drive. I'm a tech and should have vetted the CPU better. Just know that if Windows 11 is important to you and you want an easy upgrade path, steer clear. All that being said, my daughter loves the RGB touches and it plays all of her games fine. Just do more research than I did to avoid an unpleasant surprise. ... show more
