Top Amazon Reviews

  • Happy with this PC but if your thinking of buying from this page, you should know something....
Color: grey
Before you take in my words, know that the model I bought (which came from this listing so my review belongs here) has been overwritten with other models so the listing is still active but none of the above pictured models match the one I ordered. I think Amazon should put a rule in place that if you want to sell another model you have to make a whole new listing, so that if others leave reviews for a certain product you can't confuse potential new buyers with thinking the good review belongs to the new listing you overwrote the original with. Seems a bit shady and untrustworthy to me, maybe keep that in mind regarding seller integrity before buying whatever is listed above. The one I ordered, however, has been with me for 8 months now and I love it. I use my PC for writing novels, researching and developing those novels, and on occassion designing lots in Sims4. I'm not on it everyday, maybe 1-2 times a week for a few hours each session as I am mostly mobile with my laptop. So the use I put mine through is more literary and minimal gaming than anything else. It still acts as if brand new, very fast processing, smooth run, good picture, and reliable. The only annoyance I have had so far is the tower lights. They like to change settings on their own, or sometimes turn off, and for someone that loves writing within an ambiance that can be a bit jarring. I'm using this for only 3-4 hrs nonstop when its on, and the lights will switch to a different color or go to the rave mode or turn off as I'm typing or navigating around, it really shouldnt do that, but I just put up with it. It could be worse. I'm genuinely happy with the rest of it. There are vents all around, but the tower stays pretty dust free, I don't have to pull the glass off that often to keep things clean and I have a chaos kitten and dog in my house, so thats pretty nice. I would reccommend this, but its no longer sold. I have no clue about the PCs now being sold off this listing. ... show more

  • this computer worked well for a few months....
Color: grey
Great computer, fast to start up and I run mine nearly all day...not for gaming tho...my photo files are extensive and my computer guy recommended it for that reason alone, I do a lot of editing on my photos and it works ten times faster than my former computer ever did, which is pretty important to me. Has a pretty neat light show while it is on, too. :) UPDATE : Well it was a great computer and fast for a few months...now it wants to lock up two hours after I start it every morning, have to re-boot it four times a day to get any productivity out of it. I dont use it for gaming, I use it for my hobby work, so it isnt like I am working it hard or anything. Like the other guy said, $ 700 is a lot to invest in a computer that doesnt want to work very long. My Windows 7 computer ran circles around this one, would rather have it back right about now. UPDATE 2-- As of June 2026, I have replaced this with a Dell computer that is six years old and rehabbed, and it runs circles around this one !! Boots up fast, within 20 seconds where this one required at least 10 minutes. This one kept locking up on me throughout the day, lost all my patience with it, and little to no customer service from the maker of it. ... show more

  • A Gaming Powerhouse Held Back by Packaging and QC Issues A Gaming Powerhouse Held Back by Packaging and QC Issues
Color: blue
I recently purchased the STGAubron Gaming PC with AMD Ryzen 5 5500, and while the performance is nothing short of phenomenal, several frustrating issues made it difficult to give this product a full five-star rating. 🧩 Packaging Nightmare It took me a full hour to remove the excessive foam packed inside the PC. Not only was it incredibly dense and wedged into tight spaces, but it felt like a gamble—either spend days delicately extracting it or pray you don’t damage anything in the process. I genuinely feel sorry for less experienced users who might harm their system trying to get it out, or worse, return the product out of sheer frustration. This level of foam filling is overkill and needs to be reconsidered. 🧼 Missing Dust Filter & Hardware Risk The absence of a bottom dust filter is a serious oversight. Within just three weeks, dust buildup can lead to overheating, reduced fan efficiency, and long-term damage to internal components. I strongly urge the seller to include dust filters in future shipments—or better yet, send one to me directly to correct this issue. 🎮 Performance That Shines Now, onto the good stuff. This machine is an absolute beast. Cyberpunk 2077 runs flawlessly, and Street Fighter 6 has zero lag. The responsiveness and frame stability are so sharp, I’ve genuinely leveled up my gameplay—my God-tier skills now rival sponsored competitors at Evo. For raw performance, this PC deserves five stars. 🧰 Minor Hardware Flaws The keyboard included was crooked and uneven, which detracted from the overall experience. I also noticed one of the fans and the metal around the exhaust fan were slightly bent. Thankfully, these seem minor and haven’t affected functionality. 📦 Final Thoughts This system delivers elite gaming performance, but the packaging and quality control issues need urgent attention. Avoid the thick foam filling, include proper dust filtration, and ensure accessories meet the same standard as the core hardware. If those improvements are made, this PC would be a flawless five-star product. UPDATE. 10/02/2025. Disappointed by STG Support – Missing Dust Filter, No Follow-Through, and Questionable Design Choices Review: I’m deeply disappointed by the support experience I had with STG regarding their STGAubron PC. The system itself may be well-designed on the surface, but the lack of basic accessories—like a dust filter for the bottom PSU intake—is a glaring issue. And worse, STG Support failed to resolve it. Despite providing detailed photos, measurements, and even the Service Tag, STG never followed through on their promise to send a replacement dust filter. They went silent for over a week and a half—no update, no tracking number, no explanation. It wasn’t until I reached out again that they finally admitted they didn’t have a compatible filter for my PC. That’s likely why the PC didn’t come with one in the first place. This raises serious concerns. If STG can’t source a dust filter for their own product, how many other customers are unknowingly missing this critical component? Is this a widespread issue? It’s suspicious that dust filters aren’t included by default, especially for a vulnerable intake area like the bottom PSU. Even more troubling is the possibility that these omissions—missing filters, blobs of foam, and other questionable design choices—are intentional. It feels like the system is built to degrade over time, forcing users to call the support number that conveniently pops up on startup. That’s not just poor design—it’s manipulative. I won’t be buying another STG product, and I wouldn’t recommend this brand to others. I’m removing two stars from this review solely because of the terrible support experience. STG had every opportunity to make this right and failed at every step. ... show more

  • Best Value Gaming PC – Smooth Performance, No Issues
Color: grey
I bought this PC mainly for gaming, and honestly, it’s one of the best deals I’ve found for the price. It runs everything I play smoothly with no lag or stuttering. Setup was quick and easy — plug and play. It booted up fast and was ready to go right out the box. I’ve been playing games like shooters and open-world titles, and the performance has been solid. FPS stays consistent, and I haven’t had any overheating problems. The design is clean, and the fans keep everything cool even during longer gaming sessions. It’s also pretty quiet, which I didn’t expect. I did upgrade it with more RAM and added another 1TB SSD, which made everything even faster and gave me plenty of space for games. For anyone looking for a budget-friendly gaming PC that actually performs well, this is 100% worth it. Definitely exceeded my expectations. ... show more

  • STG Gaming pc

Excellent computer. Would definitely recommend. Love the colors and that you get a remote which you use to shut off. Fast, no issues. UPDATE: Computer died only after having it for 5 months. Now you can scan their QR code which is included and try to fix it yourself. They were contacted in January, had to return the computer to them on my dime. They stated that once they received the computer, I would be getting a replacement. But guess what a cheaper model not the same mother board and less ram. (due to the fact they no longer had the original computer in stock. Now every week they keep stating they are going to send a new one out. This has been since January 21st On February 6th they stated a new computer would be sent out shortly February 20th, they stated the new computer would be sent out within that week. No word back from them as of yet. Called them today, February 24th and they do not answer the telephone you have to leave a message Read the fine print when purchasing and be aware they will string you along if something happens to the computer. you purchase from them. Really easy to set up. Was looking for something that could run specific ames bc my mini-pc was not cutting it. This gives great graphics and lets me run Arc raiders, Fortnite, COD 7, and more. Would buy from the company again.

  • Fantastic Budget PC
Color: grey
This is a great beginner PC if you're like me and you don't know much about building PCs of your own, or what to even buy. It looks awesome. You can can change the LED lights with a remote. Storage is pretty great. I have a lot of games from steam downloaded onto it. It's holding up well. Handles Hogwarts Legacy well, so anything of that graphic quality should run fine! Very happy with what I've got for what I paid! ... show more

  • Do not buy this PC. It's a scam and the internal parts are installed with hot-glue and will fail Do not buy this PC. It's a scam and the internal parts are installed with hot-glue and will fail
Color: white
This item has turned out to be nothing but a scam. The PC lasted barely 6 months before crashing repeatedly with the same error code "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x1E)" After researching with YouTube and Chat GPT to try and find a fix, to no avail, I ended up bringing the PC to my expert tech. Immediately upon inspecting the internal components, he said "wow, not only is this DDR3 RAM, multiple generations behind where we are now" (and not what was advertised, which was DDR4), he said "there is hot glue inside this computer holding these cards in place." This item was not marketed as Refurbished, but it is quite evident that it is. What I will be doing: 1. Letting others know through this review that they should NOT purchase computers from this store. 2. Contacting my bank to pursue a refund for this defective electronic product. 3. Notifying the STGAubron store that I am 100% dissatisfied with their product and would very much expect a refund or a replacement PC that is ACTUALLY a new product that isn't held together with hot glue. ... show more
