I received this gaming PC and immediately ran into problems. Upon startup, the computer was asking for a password, which should not happen with a new device. This strongly suggested the unit may have been previously used or not properly reset. I attempted to contact the seller for support, but the phone number provided rang repeatedly with no answer, and I did not receive any assistance or response. This made it impossible to troubleshoot or resolve the issue. Because the product was not usable as delivered and support was unavailable, I returned it.
