I received this gaming PC and immediately ran into problems. Upon startup, the computer was asking for a password, which should not happen with a new device. This strongly suggested the unit may have been previously used or not properly reset. I attempted to contact the seller for support, but the phone number provided rang repeatedly with no answer, and I did not receive any assistance or response. This made it impossible to troubleshoot or resolve the issue. Because the product was not usable as delivered and support was unavailable, I returned it. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend purchasing from this seller based on my experience. ... show more

Business PC advertised as a Gaming PC. DO NOT buy the Intel i7 and RTX 2060 Super variation of this PC as it is a bad CPU and GPU combination and you will experience nothing but major bottlenecks on games like Fortnite and most modern games. The fact that they are selling this for $900 base price is absolutely absurd when the i7 is such an old CPU and does not work well with a card like the RTX 2060 super. This variation was such a scam and STG should be ashamed of themselves selling these older CPUs with cards like the RTX 2060 super. If you bought this variation I would refund it immediately as it is not worth paying $800 or $900 for such a terrible CPU but a good GPU. ... show more

Great pc for the price! would definitely recommend swapping the gpu if u play games like Fortnite I paid 440 with a discount so I can’t complain u get like 70-100 fps in game so if u want more would swap out the gpu, swap out the cpu if u want windows 11.
