    • Doesn't load games
UPDATE: star went from 1 to 2 because they did respond and attempt a solution. It didn't work. I looked on my own to find this is a 2 core system. Gaming pc's need to be atleast 6 core. So it isn't a gaming pc. This PC doesn't load games. It's supposed to be a gaming PC and my daughter can't use it. It sat for awhile until we could get it connected with an ethernet cable hoping that would help. Still nothing. A major waste of money. I wish I was able to check this when we bought it in January because it would be returned. ... show more

The computer came brand new out the box not working, neither HDMI ports work and DisplayPort doesn’t work. When you go to their Troubleshooting/support page that comes with the instructions, they give you a QR code that takes you to a YouTube video that tells you to disassemble the GPU and wipe down all the connections and also remove the memory and wipe it down also which immediately voids your Amazon return policy. It’s their way of having deniability that the PC worked when they sent it out but the buyer must of broke something. The whole experience ruined Christmas for me as I had to spend unnecessary money thinking my monitor was broken. Don’t waste your time or money as it’s very easy for you to get stuck with this hunk of junk. Avoid at all costs. ... show more

It's already broken twice in two months. My son hasn't been able to use it for a week as the monitor and keyboard won't turn on. Zero stars would be more appropriate. They are obviously a scumbag company. Amazon is garbage, too, for peddling such garbage.
