I like EVERYTHING about this bed! No smell, quick inflation, choice of comfort: medium support or soft - both are GREAT. The only thing I don't like is that I bought the 10" rather than the 12"! I am absolutely amazed at the quality and the comfort. Over the years (I'm 80, so I've bought a few beds!!) have never, ever been as pleased with a bed purchase. Highly recommend. I have this mattress in queen size now for about a month and I'm using the firm side. I'm a normal weight woman of average height and this side feels comfortable to me. I haven't tested the soft side, yet. The mattress held its shape well, so far. Unpacking was easy, but the package was very heavy. I had to drag it over the floor and pull out the mattress in my bedroom. I left it for 3 days to inflate. On day 3 I needed the help of a friend to lift it on the bed. I LOVE this mattress! Absolutely perfect for me! I desperately needed a new mattress, so I was beyond ecstatic to get this one and try it out. My old mattress was just a basic, cheap, spring coil mattress and was extremely uncomfortable. Pros: - Setup was extremely easy. The mattress didn't come with any instructions, but it's pretty straightforward. I just opened the box, put the mattress onto my bed frame (still rolled up and encased in plastic), then cut open the plastic (VERY CAREFULLY!). It immediately started expanding and became full-size in under five minutes! I then pulled all the plastic out from around the mattress. That was that!!! - Extremely comfortable! It's firm, but soft. It's not so firm as to make it seem like sleeping on a rock, but you don't exactly sink into it either (which is exactly what I was looking for! I'm a side sleeper and back sleeper). - Low motion transfer. I was expecting this to have an off-putting scent when I first opened it (like some memory foam products I have used in the past), but there was no scent as far as I could tell. It's a tight fit in my bed frame. There is barely room for my sheets to go on, let alone my comforter... however, I hate my bed frame and this just gives me an excuse to go buy a new one! This isn't really a con, but I do want to mention it: I was able to move the box from my porch to my bedroom and get the mattress out of the box and onto my bed without help and I have stairs. Overall, I'm very pleased with this mattress and look forward to many years of use! ... show more

Been using this mattress for about a month now and it really made a difference in my sleep quality. Before I was always have back aches and waking up multiple times at night when my partner would roll around in the bed. Now I don't feel the movement of them rolling and my back doesn't always ache. Usually I like softer mattresses but after trying both sides of this mattress, I ended up using the firmer option which is still soft and plush but gives me that extra support for my back. Easy to setup as well states wait 72hrs but after 5min it looked ready to go. I ended up giving it 24hrs though to be safe. ... show more
