  • Great price, but get an extra larger capacity HDD.
Set name: I7/RX 580
So far so good. Be aware that this specific model (STGAubron Gaming PC Desktop Computer, Intel Core i7 up to 3.9GHz, Radeon RX 580 8G, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD, WiFi 6, BT 5.0, RGB Fan x3, Windows 11 Home, White) has older components, which does not take away from the product in any way, as it performs very well for what you're getting. Yes it is 32GB of system RAM, however, and I think they should disclose this on their description, it is DDR3, which again, is not a bad thing, ESPECIALLY for the price you're getting this at. My last PC build had basically the same specs, and that thing ran like a champ, sadly the motherboard died (My current system is more modern than this PC I just bought). So far this computer has performed very well for 1080p gaming on high settings (not ultra) for the games I've installed on it (The Crew 2, Ghost Recon Breakpoin, Assasin's Creed Odyssey, Infinite Nikki and a lot others for example). As far as long term performance, I'll have to report back on it at a later date, since I bought this PC as a gift for my wife for us to be able to game together. But so far I'm satisfied. It performs well, looks great, especially with the RGB lighting (side note, the lighting is controlled via a remote, which I actually prefer over having to change setting within the OS, and the remote has a magnetic strip on the back so you can attach it to the metal part of the case). The WiFi works and the connection is strong, as well as the ethernet, both work as intended. The GPU has connections for HDMI, DVI, and display port. This PC can theoretically run video editing software like Davinci Resolve, since my previous machine could handle the same load with the same specs as this machine, so it is versatile for work and gaming, and light AI (I installed Ollama on this machine and it can run the smaller LLM's I installed from Gemma 3 and Gemma 4. Setting up the PC's OS (Windows 11 Home) was a breeze. My only recommendation is to get an extra HDD (unless you prefer the more expensive SSD) as the included 512GB SSD is not enough unless you offload games. Oh FYI, the WiFi and Bluetooth comes separate as s USB antenna adapter, which can be plugged into the back IO or side panel USB port. One last thing, the keyboard and mouse that are included are BASIC and SUPER cheap, but again, for what you're getting I cannot complain, just be aware of it. Personally I'm not a mouse and keyboard gamer, but rather prefer to play with a gamepad. ... show more

  • Pretty on the Outside, Junk Where It Matters
Set name: I7 8th/RTX 3050
I am not a beginner when it comes to computers or technology. I’m a streamer, engineer, and programmer, and I understand what I’m looking at when it comes to computer hardware. When I purchased this STGAUBURON system, I actually wanted to put it through its paces before judging the company. My goal was simple: I wanted to see whether the hardware was actually adequate for the price so I could genuinely rave about a company that does right by its customers. Unfortunately, after owning this computer for a while and running my own diagnostics and testing, I found multiple issues that completely changed my opinion. One of the biggest problems I discovered is that the system contains laptop-oriented hardware being used in a desktop system, which creates serious limitations when trying to run demanding workloads. For someone using this machine for basic web browsing, schoolwork, or light use, that might not matter much. For someone doing what I do, it absolutely does. I use my computer for streaming, animation, programming, content creation, and other demanding applications. This system has given me nothing but problems when I’ve tried to use it for those purposes. And that’s what makes this purchase so frustrating: the computer looks good. I’ll give STGAUBURON that. It’s visually appealing and can definitely catch your attention. But once you get past the aesthetics, the experience has been extremely disappointing. I deliberately gave this computer plenty of time before writing this review because I didn’t want to immediately blame the company for something that could have been user error or a simple configuration issue. I tested the system, ran diagnostics, investigated the hardware, and tried troubleshooting the problems myself. My conclusion is that the underlying hardware configuration is simply not what I would expect from a serious performance desktop. If you’re looking for something basic and inexpensive, maybe this computer will work for you. But if you’re buying it because you expect a capable machine for gaming, streaming, animation, programming, rendering, or serious multitasking, I would strongly recommend doing your homework before spending your money. I purchased this computer hoping I’d be able to come back and say: “STGAUBURON surprised me. They actually build a great machine for the money.” Instead, I’m telling people to save their money and buy something else. It looks pretty, but that’s about where the positives end for me. 1 star. I cannot recommend this computer for anyone who needs a reliable performance-oriented system ... show more

  • Happy with this PC but if your thinking of buying from this page, you should know something....
Set name: I7 8th/RTX 3050
Before you take in my words, know that the model I bought (which came from this listing so my review belongs here) has been overwritten with other models so the listing is still active but none of the above pictured models match the one I ordered. I think Amazon should put a rule in place that if you want to sell another model you have to make a whole new listing, so that if others leave reviews for a certain product you can't confuse potential new buyers with thinking the good review belongs to the new listing you overwrote the original with. Seems a bit shady and untrustworthy to me, maybe keep that in mind regarding seller integrity before buying whatever is listed above. The one I ordered, however, has been with me for 8 months now and I love it. I use my PC for writing novels, researching and developing those novels, and on occassion designing lots in Sims4. I'm not on it everyday, maybe 1-2 times a week for a few hours each session as I am mostly mobile with my laptop. So the use I put mine through is more literary and minimal gaming than anything else. It still acts as if brand new, very fast processing, smooth run, good picture, and reliable. The only annoyance I have had so far is the tower lights. They like to change settings on their own, or sometimes turn off, and for someone that loves writing within an ambiance that can be a bit jarring. I'm using this for only 3-4 hrs nonstop when its on, and the lights will switch to a different color or go to the rave mode or turn off as I'm typing or navigating around, it really shouldnt do that, but I just put up with it. It could be worse. I'm genuinely happy with the rest of it. There are vents all around, but the tower stays pretty dust free, I don't have to pull the glass off that often to keep things clean and I have a chaos kitten and dog in my house, so thats pretty nice. I would reccommend this, but its no longer sold. I have no clue about the PCs now being sold off this listing. ... show more

  • this computer worked well for a few months....
Set name: I7 8th/RTX 3050
Great computer, fast to start up and I run mine nearly all day...not for gaming tho...my photo files are extensive and my computer guy recommended it for that reason alone, I do a lot of editing on my photos and it works ten times faster than my former computer ever did, which is pretty important to me. Has a pretty neat light show while it is on, too. :) UPDATE : Well it was a great computer and fast for a few months...now it wants to lock up two hours after I start it every morning, have to re-boot it four times a day to get any productivity out of it. I dont use it for gaming, I use it for my hobby work, so it isnt like I am working it hard or anything. Like the other guy said, $ 700 is a lot to invest in a computer that doesnt want to work very long. My Windows 7 computer ran circles around this one, would rather have it back right about now. UPDATE 2-- As of June 2026, I have replaced this with a Dell computer that is six years old and rehabbed, and it runs circles around this one !! Boots up fast, within 20 seconds where this one required at least 10 minutes. This one kept locking up on me throughout the day, lost all my patience with it, and little to no customer service from the maker of it. ... show more

  • Packaging
Set name: I7 8th/RTX 3050
I am very impressed with this unit, it is fast and easy to use, much better than the last pc. I do have one issue...when opening contents and removing the foam that they use for shipping be careful not to force the foam out as it is packed in tightly. The only part damaged with mine was the blue tooth dongle, it was damaged beyond repair and I am currently looking for another but it has been hard to find. Overall if I had the chance I would recommend this unit to any gamer as it will do the job and then some. ... show more

Set name: I7 8th/RTX 3050
Excellent computer. Would definitely recommend. Love the colors and that you get a remote which you use to shut off. Fast, no issues. UPDATE: Computer died only after having it for 5 months. Now you can scan their QR code which is included and try to fix it yourself. They were contacted in January, had to return the computer to them on my dime. They stated that once they received the computer, I would be getting a replacement. But guess what a cheaper model not the same mother board and less ram. (due to the fact they no longer had the original computer in stock. Now every week they keep stating they are going to send a new one out. This has been since January 21st On February 6th they stated a new computer would be sent out shortly February 20th, they stated the new computer would be sent out within that week. No word back from them as of yet. Called them today, February 24th and they do not answer the telephone you have to leave a message Read the fine print when purchasing and be aware they will string you along if something happens to the computer. you purchase from them. • Vicious error cycle, over and over again...
Set name: I7 8th/RTX 3050
Buyer beware: For the first few months my computer was good, not great, but acceptable. Three months in started booting to the BIOS screen and get stuck in a startup loop. I am old school and could get through it with hard boot. Then last month it started getting sluggish and then freezing up with the only solution to reboot which of course meant dealing with the BIOS issue. Two weeks ago it crashed, needed to "repair drive C:/" I went through the paces and got it to finally function again. I contacted the support email for the manufacturer as I am still under warranty. They took two days to email back and were not helpful. It was obvious that I will be expected to do all the troubleshooting for them. I am running a business and have no time for this. I read other reviews which all seemed to have the same story. One guy actually spent two months dealing either them before they let him send it in but their solution was sending him a lesser model as a replacement. I am cutting my losses at this point and buying an HP. ... show more

It performs good. When I first turned it on the fan was loud but it got quiet after words. I have played ESO on it which ran smoothly. I think it's a pretty good gaming computer.
