  • Installed Easily, Quality Build Installed Easily, Quality Build
Style: Control Arms
Installed on 2008 Silverado. Combined with the RC 2.5 inch M1 strut Level kit. TTX Lowers, Delco Rods and Napa CV Axles. I list it all because my opinion is slanted to an entire suspension not one part. Fresh back from the alignment shop and everything went well, rides better than stock and looks great. The shop tech praised me for going with the adjusted arms with my level, he said it makes things line up way better. As far as the build goes, these arms seem really solid without any noticeable weak welds or worry areas, the joint is seated properly and the whole thing just gives a feeling of confidence right out of the box. I can tell you that the joint felt solid, the boot was intact and it’s holding grease. It took a lot of grease, more than the other two new joints installed at the same time I will add that the caster/camber was way different than stock after the alignment. So don’t be scared when it rides like crap to the shop lol, it will come out smooth as butter. My promise to you is that I will come back and update when the joint goes out, if there’s no update it’s still going strong. **Fitment Note** I had zero issues with these uppers and brand new 20x9 rough country wheels with a 0 offset. But I’ve seen lots of reviews complaining about rubbing on stock rims. This isn’t an issue with the product but a result from the change in front end angles. If you plan to retain stock rims simply use some rough country spacers. Ride Tall Friends. ... show more

  • Easy install

Used it with an existing 3.5-inch kit. the control arms are light weight and installed easily. Alignment went well; tires still look good. So far so good

  • Great product, EXCEPTIONAL customer service
Style: Control Arms
So I’ve had these control arms installed on my truck for almost a year now. They’ve been great combined with the 3.5” lift struts, but the dust shields for the ball joints started to wear and rip recently, causing noise in my suspension. Upon calling customer service, they asked a few questions about my order and immediately shipped new ball joints to press in and replace the worn out ones, as well as new bushings. I’ve had Moog, ACdelco, and other popular premium parts, but no one stands by their products and has the customer service like Rough Country does. I recommend their products for anyone considering lifting their trucks. Truly great company and product! ... show more

  • Would not recommend
Style: Control Arms
Boots busted the day I put them on and drove it to get aligned. That’s the second pair that’s done it in a 24 hour window. Would not recommend.

  • Well made UCA for lifted applications
Style: Control Arms
Been meaning to upgrade my truck for a while but working as a tech for heavy duty commercial trucks and equipment, tools and bills came first. After doing a lot of research everyone said the same thing if you have a lift on your truck get upper control arms for lifted applications. Glad I did my truck is lifted 3.5 and replaced with new components shocks, lift kit, new bushings etc. Was going to do side by side and show case before and after but there’s already a lot of pictures like that on reviews. (Goes to show they are that nice). Got the RCs over the Wulf ones. (My lift kit is a Wulf) because they are more common. In case I need replacement parts or need to replace UCA as a whole. Wulf didn’t have any in stock at moment of purchase and didn’t want to be stuck with a UCA that was potentially no longer in stock or no longer made. Install is easy in case you didn’t notice there is a left and right side reusing OE hardware and brackets all fit and lined up there is a kit for extended brake lines for those with bigger lifts but I’m not that lifted so I didn’t get one I checked for clearance and I cleared. There’s no rubbing no binding at full lock. From 265 65 18 to 285 65 18 Cooper STT Pro on Fuels. • Ball joint bad after 1 year
Style: Control Arms
*Updated review* went from 3 to 4 stars Control Arms are built solid. Both my ball joints failed after a year but now I realize this was my fault. I didn't realize there was a grease zerk under the plastic cap. Always surprised me they didn't have a zerk but turns out they did. Supposed to grease them before first use and after 300 miles, then every 3000 after that. I'm sure they wouldn't have failed if I had greased them. My reason for not giving 5 stars is you are locked into buying rough country ball joints. I tried to find one that would fit but was unable. Hopefully these last many many years now that I'll be greasing. My other issue us the rim rubs against the control arm when I max out the steering right or left. Overall they seem to be built well minus these issues. 2015 gmc sierra 1500. ... show more
