    • Good for a year, and then it died.
This computer ran okay for just after a year, I was able to play most games on medium quality. However this week the hard drive died out of nowhere. No warning whatsoever. I do not recommend this computer, not worth spending that much money for it to die so quickly.

    • Good starter PC for preteen
12/24/23- If you’ve got preteen looking for a PC, it’s a good starting point. It only has ONE working HDMI port the additional HDMI and the DVI port both are fakes and don’t work. (They even have a sticker on it that’s “DO NOT USE THESE PORTS. THEY WILL NOT WORK). So I had to buy an HDMI splitter and a few attachments to make sure the set up was good. I haven’t tried the included accessories that came with it but let’s be honest starter accessories are just that. They’re not meant to be durable or great. Now I can do with this PC what I did with mine and upgrade pieces here or there. The hdmi port is currently an issue, but part of that is because I was expecting to do 2 monitors. The set up is perfect if you’re using just ONE monitor. Otherwise you’ll need an HDMI splitter. (Because again the DVI port is just for show). This pc is not what you wanna get. This was the first pc I got and one thing I learned is to just save up and get a better one, if I would of just waited I would of gotten a one that’s 10x better then this one. I got this pc thinking everything was gonna be fine but it wasn’t. 1 problem is WiFi. This pc doesn’t have WiFi built in, it comes with a WiFi usb chip. When I first got my pc it came with a broken WiFi chip and I wasn’t getting any connection. They sent a new one and that only worked for a day. There was a delay in others ears when I would talk. I tried to give the pc multiple try’s, I tried everything I could for it to work trying to find wifi drivers and everything I couldn’t find anything. When it comes to graphics wise.. you get what you pay for.. you know it’s really bad when you can’t even play a simple game like Roblox 😭. This pc isn’t it. The iMac I was using was running better then this and that’s kind of sad. Moral of the story don’t waste your time nor money. But one thing I can say is the support team is helpful and do care. I bought this less then a month ago and I have to buy a new graphics card because mine stopped working. I've played it max 15 times and only played minecraft and dungeons 2. The mouse and keybord stop working randomly. The ports on the computer don't work. Over all its just better to get onea bit more expensive. I ended up spending $1000+ on this computer anyway ... show more
