Ordered this for my daughter 21st birthday. PC arrived and didn't work. Had a professional come out to hook it up and he said post was defective. So got refunded and re-ordered PC. Update: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! PC was purchased in September and crashed by May leaving it unable to be repaired. Reached out to seller for assistance and they sent out a replacement PC which I have yet to be able to use. The replacement PC came with a damaged video card, leaving it, unable to transmit video data to the monitor. Contacted technical support again and here I am one week later with still no solution insight. I was told a week ago that they were going to email me a return shipping label to send the damaged video card back, when I called this morning because I hadn’t received that label, tech-support informed me that they had more questions regarding the problem and had yet to process the replacement. 1st review: WiFi card runs a lot slower than I expected and fans are a little loud. For the price it’s not a bad little pc. When it’s time to update, you’ll need a whole new computer as the components are all built in. Had PC warranty when they sent me back a new PC the video card parts were dented, had to call them again and they sent me out a new video card a week later and I had to install it myself. When I receive the new computer it does not have the same equipment installed as the old one.It had an older processor and motherboard. It had a older processor and motherboard than the original computer had this company is an absolute fraud and I wouldn’t recommend them at all. ... show more

does not have wifi or blutooth built in like description said. dont know what else it doesnt have that was in description because i had to return it and buy a gaming computer somwhere else. very poor value due to misleading description
