Unfortunately the sound bar and a cord to connect the mouse pad were missing from the package and the only way to get them is to return the entire system and get a refund and then order again. Decent product thus far, but crappy customer service.

When I first got this pc, I had a lot of issues with it. My graphics card kept crashing, red lines on my monitor, and the monitor not connecting to my pc. I think that the company just puts all of their pcs in the warehouse so there will be a lot of outdated drivers. I took me a couple of days to get it work normally but I average around 120-130 frames on low settings on pretty much any game. I just hope the pc doesn’t completely crash after my return window.

I just got this delivered yesterday and it looks good. The packaging was "played" very safe. The lighting and all that look fantastic. The quality and performance are up to date. It runs modern games well. The weak intel processor is not that bad than I thought it was going to be. The RX 5600 XT GPU built into the PC is a really good graphics card. The connection is a little weak but so far, no random disconnections from day 2. Wired gaming headsets will not work in the PC. (I do not know if that is true or if it's my headset but would recommend buying a wireless bluetooth. The mouse that came with it was very cheap but, the keyboard was perfect so, I would recommend having a mouse ready to go before buying. This product is recommended. Will be keeping this PC for a while.

My son ordered this without discussing it with my husband or myself, mostly because of the lights, and his "friends say it's really good". They're 16 and my son isn't real up on the latest with this stuff (and it's been years since I've even looked at a computer for gaming). So far the thing runs. My only issue, within the first 30 minutes of being on, is the wifi. As other reviews say, it cuts in and out. The connection speed with it was 50mbps, but with ethernet connected it jumped up 550mbps. He'll need to upgrade this as the computer is moving to a wireless area. Even with ethernet, if he started doing anything else, the download speed dropped to 50s again. As another review pointed out, it has Windows 10 and the CPU won't let you go to 11 unless you force it. I'm disappointed that it was purchased without my input, but overall the thing is a good prebuilt for beginners, and it is an opportunity to learn about the hardware and function of the machine. As he continues to use this, I'll update the review. 9/11/23 update: the computer itself is no longer listed on this page so that's suspicious. The motherboard is not found online. I've looked up all the numbers on it, I've run bios on it, it is not a "real" motherboard, so we can't figure out what is compatible. So my son learned an expensive lesson.

PROS: I like the screen display that's built into the computer, besides figuring out how to get the build in display as a second monitor the experience has been smooth. After updating windows 11 and nvidia graphics driver Im all up to date with everything and no gliches so far or performance issues after update. Im able to multitask with 32GB of ram-- the processor seems fast, there isn't any lag or speed issues. I'm still downloading the games I want to play. I did download Forza and Counter Strike 2, it runs very smoothly. The delivery was fast, other places will take about a week to prepare shipment. The keyboard, mouse and RGB mousepad is high quality, works great. CONS: For some strange reason one of the fan in the back turned off and will get in touch with tech support, I baught 2 year warranty. Lets see how it plays out. I tried to contact the manufacturer, its some company in Canada left a voicemail and didn't get a response. There is amazon support from the warranty I baught for 2 years, I will give them a try. I'll leave another review after 3 months, lets see how it turns out.

This PC was great out of the box. It was easy to setup and it plays games as advertised. I didn't like Windows 10 Home as it is limited in functionality. I upgraded to Windows 10 Professional and couldn't be happier. Great value for the money for a great PC. Awesome Job STGAubron!

I'm giving this pc 5 stars right now for quite a few reasons and going by my experience so far. It seems this company has a semi "bad rap", but what we got was pretty awesome for the money. Let's start with the GC, it came with a 2060 S, although it is a dated graphics card it is can handle most games seamlessly at 60fps. Next the i7 processor although there could have been a better processor in it, so far it hasn't slowed ANYTHING down, and that can easily be upgraded later on if need be. This machine came with 32 gigs of ram! It's crazy fast and responsive! I tried and tried to build something comparable and honestly couldn't come close for the money. Visually, it's a really cool looking unit with lots of leds and functional fans. Also, the soundbar it came with is actually pretty cool. The peripherals work ok, but once again, those things can all be upgraded very easily and imo were just bonuses anyway. The tower alone holds its value plus some. If you are looking for a good solid entry level gaming pc on a budget. This thing sort of kicks a#$! (Follow-up review) We have had the PC for just over a month and it's working great. We did have a small issue with the WiFi card, where it would drop connection. That is a tiny issue and very cheap to upgrade. I ended up just running a new CAT6 ethernet line. The computer is lightning fast and fast better than what I was expecting at this price point.
