My daughter got this for her dad as an early fathers/birthday gift and we really should've looked at the reviews on this before getting it. When it arrived he opened it up and set it up but noticed that it didn't have wifi or bluetooth installed. What computer in this day and age don't come with a wifi or bluetooth adapter installed. He only had that thing for a couple of weeks and it just died and wouldn't turn on or anything. Sent it back for a refund and now have to start all over again shopping for another pc for him. ... show more

This pc is surprisingly impressive for the price. I ordered this with low expectations but was greatly surprised. It runs games very very well. I definitely recommend. But I also recommend buying a USB WiFi extender, just for the better connection.

Initially when I first got the PC the first red flag was no display. Eventually after hours of messing with it I was able to finally fix this issue, however a few weeks later the PC crashed. Then no display and once I fixed that again it turns out the graphics card gave out on me and showed fixed pixels all over. Wasted a lot of money and can't return, if you throw away the box. (which I did thinking I fixed it after the no display issue) save your money for a better PC or better yet don't get it off of here so no risk of them banging up the box. ... show more

Just got the system setup. Very very impressed thus far. Don't expect high graphics for the games without lag but I saved $330 from my previous system with another company for a similar i7 RX580. Very nice budget PC I will be able to upgrade moving forward. I did buy the 3 yr warranty just in case. I will keep this updated if any drama starts. Edit: I just Youtubed some videos about correct settings for Windows 10 and graphics, I'm having great graphics now. Remember, PC stuff you have to configure. It's not like a PS/XB. ... show more

The pc is working great accept for the sound bar that came with the computer it never syncs with the blu tooth and when I use the auxiliary cable the sound keeps cutting in and out and gets distorted quite often
