So I purchased this computer for my daughter’s birthday along with all the other things you’d need for a computer set up. Get it all set up for her and get the computer turned on, computer can’t connect to Wi-Fi and only has Ethernet capabilities. Well that’s no good as it clearly says the computer should work with Wi-Fi, eventually figure out the only way to solve this issue is to go and buy a Wi-Fi extender and then run a Ethernet cable from the extender. Okay, annoying and shouldn’t need to be done but okay I’ll live daughter is happy. Day 2 of having the computer, daughter wants to play a game with me and use voice chat, we start playing and I can’t hear her but she can hear me. Check the game settings and make sure it has her headset active and it does. Test the microphone and nothing. So you’re telling me, this computer not only won’t work with Wi-Fi but also won’t work with a microphone, even though it says it is supposed to? If that’s not false advertising… ... show more

I bought this for my 15-year-old nephew, and it officially earned me the "Best Aunt in the World" title! He's a smart kid and gave me a list of specs he wanted, this system checked all the boxes. I don’t know much about computers myself, but according to him, it’s perfect for both homework and gaming (probably more gaming, if we're being honest!). It's a budget pc. If you're expecting super high quality build your own or go somewhere that isn't amazon lol, I've had it for little over a year and I can say it works for how much you're paying for it. I've had restart issues since day one, but if you don't mid restarting the computer once or twice a week, it works perfectly fine, I can game and run games like genshin impact, cyberpunk2077 and others. It's also a good pc for work, as it wont crash out as much when not running big games. I am only now running out of storage after little over a year, so that's good. I will be transparent and say don't expect too much from this pc, it gets the job done and for only $500 - $600 it works very well, (minus the bluescreen/restart issues). I'd recommend this pc to someone who mostly does work/school stuff, a beginner, or someone new to pc's. ... show more

Bought it in Jan. It's only been 7 months but already froze, crashed, dragging all the time. Blue screen of death for a modern computer? What the heck!? The specs on Amazon is definitely fake.
