When they first came in, I thought they were going to be too dark like darker than the picture however, once they were in the window, they looked like the photo given on Amazon. I like them bc one cant see you from outside unless theyd come really close to the window, and in the same time. Unfortunately I will be returning this curtain and I’m super bummed because I really like it!!! It’s just a little too sheer at night for the patio door where intended to hang it. That said, I will say the opacity level of 2 out of 4 as listed in the product description is accurate. I thought that would be sufficient privacy coverage for my door at night but unfortunately it’s not. You can still see in through it at night when lights are on inside, but again that’s accurate with the description. The color and pattern are both great, and the linen is a nice lightweight feel. If you don’t necessarily need the privacy and are looking for something that’s patterned but not too busy this is a great option. It is much more the feel and look of a curtain, not drapes if that makes sense. ... show more

I used this curtain as a cover for my pantry in a tight hallway. I purposely looked for natural fibers and this being cotton and linen feels like a good choice for kitchen area. I really like the embroidery and soft color. I used extra large curtain rings with clips to drop the length an inch, which worked well for our space. ... show more

The color is true to the description and they look very nice. The texture resembles linen--are they linen? I don't recall. The pocket to slide the curtain rod through is a bit small, even for a slim curtain rod. I had to use clip-on curtain rod rings to easily slide these. When I eventually got a more substantial curtain rod, the curtains would not even fit on it. I had the clips already, so it wasn't a big deal and they look nice. These are also "light-filtering" My other light-filtering curtains are not nearly as transparent. Either a shade or curtain liner is necessary if you want people seeing in at night.
