This is absolutely a piece of crap. First it came a broken CPU. It is a small crack, so I ignored and tried setting it up. It worked for 4 hours and then I got a blue screen. Then it stopped turning on. Moreover, this has no customer service. You call them and they don't answer. Amazon is also not able to contact them. Bought it to my son for Christmas. it came extremely well packed and ready to go. I upgraded the memory to 32gb and it flies. I did not like the Wi-Fi dongle that came with it so I ordered an antenna array with WiFi 6. Set up was a breeze and very fast. I downloaded Xbox games that normally take 20 minutes in 3. The media could not be loaded. Looks alone, this PC is amazing! But if you do not have free and easy access to someone who builds computers, this is a money pit! If it wasn’t for our neighbor being/owning a IT business, my 12 year old daughters Christmas would have been RUINED!! He worked on it and it ran for an hour. The next day he fixed it again. It has been doing great since(crossing fingers). The little built in screen doesn’t work so far. But it runs fast and it’s beautiful! It’s not loud. It’s also not wireless so make sure you get the little part that makes it wireless. This would have been a complete disaster and money pit if not for the amazing neighbor! He had parts at his house!
