This desktop has crashed twice on me in the past 10 days of owning it. I managed to fix the POST failure once by reseating the memory and reattaching video cables, but this device is buggy and has caused me nothing but grief. Don't let the price tag fool you; this is a lemon through and through. I also attempted to call customer support multiple times to get this resolved, but no one from the company picks up. THE PC WORKS. I thought it would be a scam due to the low price for the hardware that happened to be in the pc but it was not! (The instruction manual included "Models" and showed how to remove the glass/foam below but it didn't have any 'models' that matched mine. For anyone wondering how to take out the foam...there are 4 medal screws that you can unwind by hand in the four corners of the back of the pc. You can unwind the 2 closest to the glass side and you can GENTLY remove the foam). ... show more

I recently tried this computer for gaming, and while it handles basic tasks just fine, its graphics performance is disappointing. Even with lower settings, games struggled to run smoothly, and the visuals were pixelated and laggy. I looked into fixing it and it's better to just buy another one with good graphics. For casual gamers or non-graphic-intensive tasks, it might be okay, but for serious gaming, this system falls short. A better GPU would have made a world of difference. ... show more

I have problems with the HDMI ports, they don't work and only one works, the adapters for the screen don't work. and the video card does not work .And I bought the tower only 2 days ago, I'm waiting for a response.

Not even worry of one star. This computer is defective and since January 2024 I have not received a return email or phone call from customer service after 60 plus attempts. When you call the number they give you for technical support they never answer. Computer constantly crashes and goes to a black screen with a white dot. Awful quality and zero customer service.
