  • You must read this
For those of you that take the time to read honest reviews. I'm not being paid to say this by any means. No cash no product no promise just me spreading the word if you take your car auto serious and you don't have one of these sorry to say you must still be listening to 8 track tapes. I've tested it on 5 totally different systems from a 250 dollar one to a 2000 dollar one retail that is by the way, it made everyone of them from like a average of on a 1 thru 10 scale a 9 some 10 some 8, 9 and most started at a 4 . The thing makes your bass HIT!!! Like your high end so clear. Down side no instructions in English. I've had mine now for 8 months and I'm still learning new things it can do. If your on a budget but you have to have that sound you think you deserve that don't have the money for the big dollar product buy one of these don't be dumb by 1 you can't go wrong ... show more

  • Amazing unit for $115
So you're asking yourself "it's $115 and from Brazil. Is it junk?" That's what I was thinking but for only $115 I figured WTH and got it. This thing is awesome! Yes, I had to go to youtube to figure some of it out but its not that much to learn. I am very happy with the options and everything works great. Sequencer is great to stop that THUMP when your start your system. Routing by channels is great. So much ability to fine tune EQ, gain, a limiter to protect speakers that need absolute cutoff frequencies, crossovers with digital reading for precise crossover points (instead of the endless game turning the AMP dials for voltage changes). I could not be happier with this unit. Have to add a comment on a previous 1 star review on here that said "no left or right". Ok you have to apply a little common sense using a DSP. There's 2 input channels on the $119 one. Coming off your RCA leads from an LC2 probably or your radio if you somehow found a head unit with low volt outputs and those will be left and right channel. Now you have 4 channels OUT on the DSP. You also set in the setup system what input goes to what output. So for output you plug left on channel 1, right on channel 2, left on channel 3 and right on channel 4 toward your 4 channel AMP. In the setup screen go to "Routing" and assign outputs matching what I stated here. A DSP is not for newbs with no common sense of signaling in car audio. You have to think through your setup. If yo have no left or right YOU did not set it up correctly. ... show more

  • Great Starter/Weird DSP
Features are great for the price. Anything more than 2way active systems will want sometime different. The system is perfect for: -2-Channel Source (Bluetooth Adapter) -Woofer + Mid/Tweet Systems -Great starter DSP! PRO: # of Features. Price point! Built in tools are rare, useful, and well implemented. 2way Active Crossover options are vast. You can setup a band pass output channel, but you run out of channels for a stereo 3way setup. Quick output muting via buttons. All settings via 1 rotary wheel! Navigation generally great. Small size. Save and Recall Documentation is very well written. Display is beautiful and clear. Cons/Weirdness: 2 channels routable to pairs of MONO channels. There is no routing input pair L AND R to Output Pairs. Your only routing options are: both left, both right, or summed L and R to a pair of outputs. The workaround is to route L to a pair and R to another pair leaving an unused RCA in each. I suspect they can call it a 8 channel DSP even though it is only a 2inputx4output unit. I suspect the reason for weird is it shares all the same chassis with the 2x8 device. Spinning the rotary wheel to adjust frequency from 20-20k will drive the user crazy. Soooo slow…. Fortunately we don’t need to do this often. Ughhhhh THERE IS NO PINK NOISE tool in the 2x8 unit. Only sweep and sine generator. I was disappointed in that false advertisement. Why so many remote sequence outputs?! 1 is enough. 1 band of parametric per output pair is very limited. 1 for the pair of units is also not enough for most. Why EQ presets?! Crossover is high, low, and band pass. Outputs to yield 3 way active setups of hard to see with a single unit. The routing problem could work with a subwoofer on a separate device leaving this unit to provide midbass, mid/tweeter setup. What a weird little DSP gem. New to audio DSP? This is a fun and ultimately useful device. I don’t hate it. Buy 2 if you need complexity, or they 2x8 Unit. ;) ... show more
