Bought this for my Littmann Cardiology IV. It works well. I can hear very well with it. Be aware that the purple-ish color is much more purple than it appears (looked a little more pink to me in the pictures). This is definitely not a deal breaker for me though as it is much cheaper to purchase the new tubing as opposed to a whole new stethoscope. Getting the original tubing a diaphragm apart was a bit of a struggle — just an fyi to anyone who has not changed tubing before. ... show more
