Fantastic product. Fantastic customer service. I love these things. The garage and attic have never been so organized. I probably have over 100 at this point. Throughout my time ordering them I have had a few delivery issues here and there where some were damaged in route. EVERY time the company took care of me. Recently I ordered a set and the FedEx delivery driver chose to leave them on the sidewalk instead of walking the 20 feet to the door. I contacted the company just to let them know. The products were fine, I'm glad they weren't stolen and it didn't rain (I live in Oregon), but I really just wanted to let the company know so they could address with FedEx. I didn't expect them to offer me anything, but they did. They offered me a 25% discount on the order or a full refund if I wanted to send them back. Very generous and very responsive each time I messaged them. This company goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Considerably more expensive but I've trier the cheaper, fabric ones. Even those with the foldable ridgid bottoms and bi-directional dual topps can't hold a candle to this tried and true brand. Arrived ahead of schedule, properly packed and thus undamaged in spite of USPS' usual mishandeling of large packages, delivering it in a torn box wt in places. A DIYer, I'm storing heave tools in them. Recessed wheels roll perfectly on very low pile carpet, but add 1/2" to shown height, which is the box, not the overall clearance required. ... show more

Great boxes but the color of the handles is not what you get. I received a gray blue instead of a turquoise blue. I had ordered before and received turquoise blue and was wanting more of those. But, they changed the color and you can't get the turquoise blue any more. So, if you are ordering and want all of your boxes to match, make sure you order plenty all at the same time. ... show more

This is a fabulous set and the totes I received were absolutely pristine and perfect. I really love this in between size - big but not too big - when full I can still move them easily. They hold a surprising amount but aren't bulky. As I downsize and declutter I am not using the huge totes but this size. The totes are strong, the plastic robust and they stack nicely.
