I ordered 8 of the large containers and only one lid came cracked in the corner. I reached out to the company and they responded courteous and promptly. Within 24 hours they had a new lid sent out to replace the cracked one! The boxes themselves seem very sturdy and the perfect size for storing our off season clothing. UPDATED: I'm changing my review from 1 start to 5. These are awesome bins and I'm very happy I was able to find them here on Amazon. Originally I got them on the shelf at Target but they are no longer available there. My original two bins withstood much abuse and lasted several years. I use these to securely and safely transport live snakes, even as large as 25 pounds (almost filling the bin completely). Latched down, the snakes cannot escape which is perfect when you need to take them to the vet and don't want to risk having a snake getting loose while you are driving. Sadly one of the bins in my original order arrived cracked in the bottom making it unusable for my purposes. Blame it on the shipping company...these bins are strong and sturdy but will crack if they are dropped or smacked about, as any clear bin would. The seller was more than helpful, quickly sending a replacement, then another replacement when the replacement arrived damaged as well. So love the bins, love the seller, but need a little improvement in the shipping/delivery. _____________________________________________ Love these bins. No longer could purchase off shelf but was so happy to find them on Amazon. Ordered a 4 pack, but the bottom one arrived so cracked it's totally unusable! There was absolutely no packing material in the box so I'm not surprised. These are very sturdy bins, but they will crack if they are dropped. I'm very disappointed as I needed these for transporting live animals, and the six latches make them very safe and secure. I'm initiating a return so I can repurchase them again. These bins are an excellent size, they close very securely, they are stable when stacked up and being able to see the items stored inside is so convenient! I won’t hesitate to purchase more in the future. I did have some issues in shipping as other users have mentioned- one bin out of the 8 had a top corner cracked and broken off when it arrived. I contacted customer service, they replied almost immediately and compensated me for the damaged item. Grateful for the amazing customer support! ... show more

I've had a smaller variety of these clear gasket storage boxes for many years and they hold up well, with the gasket not apparently degrading for at least 10 years. These new totes I purchased were the 120L ones with wheels and a handle. They seem great so far. Large capacity and both the totes and lids seem sturdy. They do nest inside each other for storage when empty, so they take up a lot less space if you're only using them for temporary storage. I plan to use these to store off-season clothing and other items in my garage to relieve the limited storage space in my house. The gaskets on these are nice to exclude the bugs and other critters you might encounter in a garage, so I feel that these will be an excellent storage solution. The only issue I had with this order was that one of the two boxes I received (I ordered a 6-pack, so it arrived as two boxes of three) had damage to the totes. All three lids in that box were cracked - some so badly that the plastic on one corner had shattered and left large holes in the lid, as well as one of the totes being badly cracked as well. Several of the handles had fallen off as well, although those could probably have been put back in place. Oddly enough, there was no obvious damage to the cardboard shipper box. I believe the plastic these totes are made of may just be a bit brittle, so I recommend using caution when moving them to avoid dropping them - especially on edges or corners - on hard surfaces, especially in the cold. The seller was very good about resolving my issue quickly, however, so I am hopeful that I will receive a replacement box with three totes without damage in a day or two. ... show more

Product arrived with damaged lid (just one lid) Also some of the clips/closers were not attached and I am not strong enough to attach but I am sure my husband will be able to. Seller was great and reached out with solutions which I great appreciate. I will keep Product. Looks like high quality bins.

I saw these on a Prepper show on U tube and bought then immediately. Love them. Will be buying more the size i like, stack well and you can see through to see your items. There is a rubber tubing around to keep freshness in, though I use my products in mylar and then place in the buckets. No pasta, just leave in the same packaging. ... show more
