This product never fails in removing the excess dirt and oil from clients skin without over drying in the process like alcohol can be. I wish they would change the sprayer on these bottles though as it can be fickle. Basically just alcohol and maybe witch hazel or something. I'll stick with $1.50 90% alcohol to clean through body oil or skin for tattoo stencil prep
