After doing some research I decided to buy this 4,500 lbs winch. I installed it on my 2019 CanAm Maverick X3 and had to buy a front bumper prior to installation. Had some trouble installing it, had to drill in new holes on my front bumper for the winch plate that came with the winch. After making the modifications and buying longer screws, it fit like a glove. I also modified the original switch to a Nilight rocker switch, oh boy did I have trouble figuring it out the proper connections. After doing more research I finally figured it out and seems to be working. Was not able to get the wireless remote to work, instruction are not very clear on anything. I will update on a future review to see how it turned out overall.

Installed on a 2019 gator.Included cables to short cost me $75 bucks for cables.Winch works well but it was a absolute pain to install on this gator model 835E!

Do not buy. Mine quit 30 seconds in trying to just lift my snow plow. First time i even used it. I had 3 hours of install time just for dissapointment.

I had used this few times on a hitch mount over summer using the manual switch to load cars onto my open trailer. Today I finished mounting it in a permanent location in the enclosed trailer. Went to test the wireless remote and nothing. The power button at the top of the remote did not feel right so took it appart to check and replace the batteries just in case. Yeah, without bending tabs, no way to change batteries but it did not matter anyway as the microswitch for the power button is not even there. So non-serviceable design for battery replacement and missing a vital part which is a fail.
