After doing some research I decided to buy this 4,500 lbs winch. I installed it on my 2019 CanAm Maverick X3 and had to buy a front bumper prior to installation. Had some trouble installing it, had to drill in new holes on my front bumper for the winch plate that came with the winch. After making the modifications and buying longer screws, it fit like a glove. I also modified the original switch to a Nilight rocker switch, oh boy did I have trouble figuring it out the proper connections. After doing more research I finally figured it out and seems to be working. Was not able to get the wireless remote to work, instruction are not very clear on anything. I love the remote control operation, the nylon rope instead of steel cable. I love the included cable and hardware. It is very easy to use and it saves me time and effort, not to mention it was very economical. The green is cool too. That's what drew me.😊

    • Nice winch but be careful on installation contact may not work.

First winch we installed as soon as you would use the remote or the handlebar switch the winch would retract and not stop. The contact would lock on and not unlock until the batter was disconnected. Make sure the first time you try the winch you have the clutch disengaged. Amazon replaced the winch and the second works as expected. The Fit and finish are better than expected.
